Hi Mike! This was a very explanatory video. The Ciment Thermique from Kérastase was a surprise from me. I have blonde highlighted medium hair, and since I was tempted before to try out the Olaplex nº7 Bonding Oil I would like to hear your review first. I’ve already tried out nº3 and nº6 from Olaplex and it really did wonders to my hair health. What do you think it would be better for my situation, the Ciment Thermique Kérastase or Olaplex nº7 Bonding Oil? Let me know, love your videos. XOXO

Looking on the ingredients some one of the products that you recommend in this video has alcohol denat in there. • @MikeDeCanter

no not necessary, but if you hair is extremely porous or sensitised and the colourant is strong it can stain the hair

Can you regularly heat style your hair without causing any damage to the natural hair? Is that realistic? I don't style my hair at all so it's nice and healthy but it can look a bit disheveled. I have a straightener and I'm kind of afraid to use it (technique wise and in terms of damage)
