      I agree. Use "landscape" view (just turn your phone 90 degrees). "Portrait" view is for things that are taller rather than spread out (like people or buildings).

    • @oakwood6922
      @oakwood6922 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@markmcfrederick8932 Absolutely!! 'Portrait' is for exactly that - Portraits... Where as landscape should be used for **all** video work, given that your eyes are side-by-side, not one above the other. (There's a reason why widescreen televisions are wider than they are tall... ;-) )

    Yet ANOTHER rookie that can't turn their damn phone SIDEWAYS so we can ACTUALLY SEE what's happening...human eyes are SIDE TO SIDE ( not up and down ) and they only sell WIDESCREEN TV's now...NOT NARROW VISION !! We got MORE BLACK BARS than we got ACTUAL VIDEO...FIGURE IT OUT VERTICAL FILMERS !!!

    This looks like a levee break to me, with a big pond emptying to the lower side. I have to wonder what is downstream to this. It would have been nice to get an exact location for this, what state, so could get a good look on google earth. No quick fix for this disaster.

    Looks like an old railroad road bed(lumber?), I think the normal drainage has blocked and built a lake. The trees appear to have foliage below the start level of the water so it must have been quick to fill the lake. If it was not for the forces of water all the mountains in the world would be a lot taller. Next time if the lake refill's dynamite an exit.

    • @Runehorn
      @Runehorn ปีที่แล้ว

      Im trying to find it too, it would have be a dirt road so that narrows it down some. One person said they travel this to go to meadow lake, and the canada 903 has a meadow lake at the south end of it, so that is my guess as to where it is. the streetview does not go all the way up it though. Satellite imagery shows the northern part of the highway is dirt.
      After looking for a bit, i think it was right here goo.gl/maps/G2icUb5zgQ7pG9YCA and the camera was facing south
