- Trans Pride Brighton and Hove 2019 is the 7th Trans Pride to take place and it was the biggest, loudest and proudest ever! In this vlog, I share a little bit of Brighton and its glorious beach and pier, a few clips from the Trans pride Brighton Film night, lots of proud flag baring trans people marching to protest for transgender rights, as we chanted, Trans men are men, trans women are women, non-binary is valid! Trans rights are human rights! and a ton of beautiful, happy and enthusiastically waving trans folk at the trans pride in the park festival at Brunswick Square. Thanks to everyone who came to say hello and thank you to everyone at Trans Pride Brighton and Hove for the amazing work you do in keeping this event going.

Hi Finn - I;d be lying if i didn't sit here and say im not crying my eyes out, because i am. Next year I'll plan on being there BUT i maybe having Top surgery as well but if ive had it or still waiting i'll be there. SO glad you and Chris had an amazing time.

it was lovely seeing you, I love Brighton and Trans Pride so much! such a great atmosphere! although my feet are still sore from the amount of walking around I always end up doing at pride!

Hello lovely! Yes, lots of lovely happy proud faces! Chris loved it! The film night was a selection of short activist films on trans issues and trans rights. Very moving. Was such a wonderful day!
Thanks for this amazing video, Finn! I attended for the first time last year and I would have loved so much to come over again this year, but it did not work out. Watching your coverage and listening to Chris's thoughts brings back all the wonderful memories.

I honestly cried whilst watching this. I was originally going to come this year with a friend, but he ended up being very manipulative and not taking nos for an answer and it ended up getting quite severe so I didn't end up going this year. I wish I would've just come anyway by myself. The thought of being in an environment that's just so loving and accepting is something I can only dream of. The fact that these people don't want to kill me, that I can march with pride and love is just so amazing to me.

Even though I'm non binary, is it ok to wear a trans flag?
Of course it is. Its similar to the rainbow flag, the rainbow coveres all LGBTQ denties, but trans people have a specific flag if they wish to use that, and in a similar way, the trans flag covers all trans identies, non binary, genderqueer, intersex etc, but there is a non binary flag to should people want that. Did that make sense?
@@FinnTheInfinncible yeah I get what you mean, I didn't know if it was right beacuse non binary has its own flag, thanks for the answer, I recently got a trans flag and didn't know if it was ok. :)
