2. Or is there any evidence of such agreement?
3. Do you have any proof that the channel is yours?
4. Have you trademarked the name Layla or Leila?
If the answer is a YES to any of questions 1,2 and 3 then you can contact TH-cam for help.
If question 4 is a YES then you can contact TH-cam for him to change the name of the channel.
And please trademark/copyright the name Seniorman Layla/Leila if you haven't. Don't let someone steal that too - you are very known with this name.
Remember, always put agreement on paper and sign. You can use it in court as evidence.
