This is definitely not Hakka Noodles. Hakka Noodles is a Chinese dish. This is an Italian dish and she is showing absolutely correct; with slight variation in sauce, instead of just using cooking cream, she is making Beecham cause. Choice of pasta is different, its fettuccine, or you can use penne pasta. This is not noodles for your information.
