This is an Italian dish and she is showing absolutely correct; with slight variation in sauce, instead of just using cooking cream, she is making Beecham cause. Choice of pasta is different, its fettuccine, or you can use penne pasta. This is not noodles for your information.
Nice recipe, only change i would make is to put 1 tsp salt and not 2 tsp salt. I tried with the given recipe and thought it was a bit salty. I guess it’s up to everyone how they like it. 😌

Great recipe! I tried it with a chutzpah by adding milk and all purpose flour to fresh cream, garlic, ginger and cheese, along with chicken, capsicum and basil leaves. It tastes out of this world! 😋👌
