what actions should be performed on the computer (4.50) before starting

The engine can't be started without computer for the first time. There has to be given the owner's name and etc. Also the computer can't be started before battery isn't charged more than factory minimum.

After hearing that it makes a lot more sense now. I just put a deposit on a Rockstar FE350 2hrs ago.
