Great info guys. Thanks!! I know that riding area pretty well off the 14, and a good test location. Minor complaint, the hip-hop noise in the background sucks.
Kinda comparing the wrong bikes. The equivalent would be TX300 vs FX 350, and TEi 300 vs FE350. Non the less...thanks for showing some love to offroad bikes!
I’m glad to hear someone from else compare them and reach for the 2 stroke. I came from a YZ250 to a $13,200 (OTD) FE350 and was very underwhelmed. Power was pretty linear, but it didn’t feel exciting in any way. Power faded out as you revved it out. The only thing I see useful about an FE350 is if you were doing single track and needed a plate. If you don’t need a plate, I’d take the 2-stroke. If you’re not doing single track, but needed a plate, I’d take a 500exc.
@@benfairhall5331 I dont believe there's charcoal in it I think it's just fiberglass packing and a screen for the trail spec bikes the moto bikes dont have a screen though
Ben Fairhall charcoal comes on the Husky FE350s and FE501s and the KTM exc models which come detuned with street legal titles with the blinkers and mirrors and street tires. The Husky FE's and KTM xcfw's come detuned and quieter to meet California emission bullshit for OHV ( off highway vehicles) so they sell them in every state with California specs which I think is lean mapping, reeds and screened exhaust etc. The FX and XC's are sold as closed course competition models so close to MX spec. Even the Yamaha WR450,250 are sold US wide with detuned California specs.
Should have compared the fx350 to the tx300i. They are both cross country race bikes. You are comparing a cross country race bike to an off-road trail bike. Not in the same category.
Why compare a 350 FE to a tx300? No wonder the power and suspension was soft on the fe, not even the same type of bike. Wouldn't compare a fc to a te would you?
Note for the future, don't do an outside commentary when it's windy unless you have the mic on your collar. Can't hear much except wind noise which is annoying as hell.
"Great video." --- I have to disagree. A "Great" video would include being able to hear the reviewers with 1) wind noise, and 2) terrible music played at all let alone the volume that it was. I know you referenced the bad audio later but audio and video go hand in hand when doing a review. And who knows if it was a good review, you couldn't hear a damn thing they said.
Remember to fade the music so we can hear the guys talking.
i guess I'm kind of randomly asking but does anyone know a good place to stream new series online ?
@Azariah Joseph Flixportal =)
@Markus Cason thank you, I signed up and it seems like a nice service :D I appreciate it!
@Azariah Joseph Happy to help :D
Why is there music through the whole video... can even hear what they’re saying.!

Bean?

Forgot to fade the music when the dialog begins! Next time guys please 😂
Great analysis guys! Remember the music and the 🎤
I have both, the 350F u have to remap the ecu and change the muffler and u have a better enduro weapon than the 300i..wich I also do like
Is this going to be the riders competing with the background music? Had to turn on the subtitles, come on!
What the heck is going on? Some kind of video interference- OBNOXIOUS MUSIC! STOP IT!
You should’ve compared the Tx to the FX350. They are both cross country models and the FX is very different from the FE. Good review otherwise!
Wind, music - too much interference. Usually like swapmoto stuff. Made it very hard to listen to.
Really wanted to hear what you had to say about the two
Bikes but I can’t get past the music playing in the background.
Should ride a Australian spec 350 that doesn’t get choked up with all that American emission stuff or are these not fitted with that stuff?
I'm pretty sure usdm bikes only have a sound specification no emission standard
Snowpeople1337 so no charcoal canister? It would be a totally spark arrested exhaust with mesh right over the tip? Reeds in the airbox?

The fx350 has 20 more hp than the fe350.... you guys really dropped the ball here. Should do this again with comparable bikes.
So you guys off road trail now? 😀
The 300 two strokes are awesome for riding off road.
Cut the music volume down cant hear you talking.

Please have the music louder next time, I can still hear the guys talking in the background
😂
Yeah, they were ruining the song 🤣
Wind blowing and muaic ruins the whole video.
music, wind and captions when they're giving their review. SOUND CHECK PLZ
Note for the future, don't do an outside commentary when it's windy unless you have the mic on your collar. Can't hear much except wind noise which is annoying as hell.
Great video.
Good review.
Bad audio...tone down music

I have a tractor, it doesn't go up hills like my dirt bike 🤷🏼♂️
That would have been a great interview if I could have heard it…over the music…!🙄🙄
Had to turn the sound off and read the CC sub titles...that got pretty old in a hurry
The music over the talking is distracting as hell. I liked the commentary I could hear though.
Turn off the audio track!
Serwhats up with the music ?.. just delete
What's with the soundtrack? Can't hear the dialogue and can't stand the music along with the wind buffeting.
You didn’t look comfortable 😭🏁
Literally can't hear anything besides music
Why the silly music , can’t hardly hear pat
Background music is annoying. Need to check your editing
I think I was a good review, music over the voice sucks.
music way too fucking loud.
5:20 what disrespect, he sure didn't say anything bout being massive LOL
Trent Dowst haha i noticed that too 😂
Donn 🤣🤣🤣
I just wanted to comment on the @;”’*€]! Music.
