Ngl it would've been insane if jeanist controlled Bakugo's clothes to speed him up and move him around while he's injured to fight shigi. Kinda like how in Black Clover Asta is being controlled by the threats against that beast dude.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't that Shigaraki obliterated his heart. He stored his sweat up in his body. EVERYWHERE in his body. Basically, he exploded his own heart because he pushed his quirk beyond his limit.

Bakugo VA killed it. The most oustanding performance for him in the entire series. And when Bakugo said "Izuku, Can I catch up to you?" it wasnt in terms of power. It was in term of heroism. In that moment Bakugo finally fully understand Deku' sacrifices and how Deku felt having to fight and analyzing the fight while in pain and while having to save people. At that time, while All Might is his favourite hero, Deku is the person what he aspire to be.

Basically all of the heat blasts, explosions and lasers from Bakugo, Endeavor, Toya, and Suneater caused the heating of the atmosphere and made a storm. Also RIP Dynamight

@Twilight2Dawn Horikoshi literally shows the cause for the storm later and shows each of the Todoroki men. Even 2 episodes ago, it says that the storm came from a different location from where the UA coffin is. Bakugo's explosions aren't hot like that. It's more forceful than hot as depicted. The Plasma Canon isn't either. The Todorokis' fires are silly hot.

He has never burned anyone except the current scar Shigaraki has, yet he explodes people all the time. With Dabi, Enji, and even Todoroki, the story always makes note of how hot their fires are, especially Dabi and Enji, who burn things to crisp or melting the ground and buildings. S2 Shoto nearly burned half the stadium in the sports festival, yet with Bakugo's explosions, it was the force generated that was the focus.
Mirio causing Tenko to resurface momentarily was nice. Tamaki's Max power laser COMBINED with a bunch of other animals and Nejire's energy doing less damage than Bakugo's explosion from last episode is kinda wild. ShigAFO kept trying to downplay Bakugo's accomplishments. But Bakugo is the one who burned off nearly half of his face. Bakugo is the one who put the most damage on him. And for just a moment, Bakugo was faster than ShigAFO could perceive. The definition of speed blitzed. Bakugo knew that he was being targeted specifically to hurt Deku. That the other heroes would try and fail to protect him and end up not surviving. So he walked towards certain doom on his own. With his entire body overflowing with pain. Just like Izuku. Analyzing the enemy and mumbling to himself. Just like Izuku. Rushing forward no matter what might happen to his body. Just like Izuku. Last episode Bakugo remembered Izuku saying that Bakugo was himself because he'd never say that he'd rather lose. And so Bakugo thinks to himself in this episode that he has to win. Despite not having OFA, something about Bakugo began to make AFO flustered. Something about Bakugo reminded him of something he'd faced before in the past when he still had his face. And so he struck Bakugo with everything he had. Bakugo landed near his All Might card that he'd kept since childhood with Izuku. In those final moments, Bakugo regretted not asking for an autograph. As the light above faded to rain.
bakugou's last words and thoughts being towards deku... woah... he's come such a long way and he has such respect and admiration for izuku, it is lovely to see how much development that has been there. I legit sobbed so bad seeing his death scene when leaks came out of 5th manga and again whenever I watch this ep. both subbed and dubbed did an incredible job, just absolutely amazing.
Honestly, not a fan of having twitch chat there on screen. I don't trust internet chat to not throw out casual spoilers. MHA manga readers are kinda notorious about being spoilery towards anime watchers, and the chat is so obvious on screen I can't not read the words there. Shiggys punch ruptured bakugos heart and lungs. This scene is more clear in the manga with Shiggys fist / arm represented by the white space in his chest in chapter 362. It IS talked about later but his heart did NOT stop by itself OR explode. (I’ve reread the manga a few times and specifically this chapter) hope this helps 👍
Him saying "can i still catch up to you?", and then changing the weather is supposed to mean that he caught up to Deku cause he changed the weather with his strongest attack the same way All Might and Deku do. Sadly with his injuries he wasnt able to keep up which is why in the manga during this moment it says "End of dreams". His dream of becoming number 1 ended the moment he decide to attack injured and died but became a great hero the way Deku and All Might are

Thats why he was saying to Izuku, that he had to defeat Shiggy, cuz Deku DONT GIVE UP! Then remembering that Deku always fought in pain T_T OMFG this scene hits hard. That Allmight Trading Card tossed aside beside him T_T thats was DIABOLICAL! He's just a kid, man!
I can see why you guys are confused, but Bakugo's heart exploded from Shigaraki punching it, not from his Cluster move. And Cluster was not created just in that moment. He used it during the Deku vs Class A episode to give them a boost when Iida, Shoto and him went flying through the air to catch up to him. The side effect they're referring to is the added speed he gets through his entire body. Bakugo basically had his quirk awakening right before he died.
