Great idea for your display. Nice video too, as always. Glad you figured out how to do all of this without your husband and his vehicle, lol. Setting up without help is not easy. Looks like you have it covered though. Congratulations.

Hey there! I used to do art shows/fairs and I had a Fluorish Trimline hanging system that used mesh panels. It was expensive and the metal tubes that locked together were heavy and unweildy and a bear to set up by oneself, and I sold it when I got out of the artshow circuit. I was impressed with your work-arounds - way to go. Why do you use the elastic? Does the pegboard-hanging-spike thing not keep the work on it by itself? That's the only thing I couldn't grasp. You did the same thing I used to do - found a system that would allow you to recreate your chosen display with the paintings - good call. I hope it was a great show for you!

We use the elastic to keep the canvases in place on the pegboard. The 2 inch fasteners made a very good ledge for them to sit on but there was quite a bit of wind and the elastic kept the paintings up on the pegboard. Other artists at the show had trouble with their paintings falling down. The second show that I was preparing for in this video ended up not happening. It was canceled with no rain date. Thank you for your kind words.

@@agould105 - thanks for your kind response! Rainouts are suuuuuuch a bummer - I would take a week off before my big Fall Foliage Festival to get things ready, bagged and tagged (I did prints in 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 sizes, note cards, bookmarks, framed items, canvas wraps, and calendars, so price points from $3 to $350. It was a LOT of inventory.)
