I’m not a Ukrainian but I lived in Ukraine when war started. So we flew from it during the shelling and when Russians were in Kyiv where we were at that moment. So obviously I was covering the topic of war in Ukraine for all these 2.5 years. That being said - I don’t feel that Ukrainians have any advantage or “privileges” anymore. Everybody were helping them during the first year and now things kinda went to “normal”. Everybody switched to Gaza. So I actually believe that Ukrainian flag rather “hurted” Usyk, than somehow gave him anything. He was under tremendous pressure because he is representing his country in his head and now when he won Fury says that it’s because of the war, which obviously it isn’t. At the end of the day: both Henry and T Fury were disrespectful towards their colleague and athlete

Henry you're blind, there's NO WAY, Fury took the first 2 rounds. Usyk defended most of the jabs and landed clean left straights to the body and head. Usyk rounds 1, 2, 8 9, 10 11; Fury rounds 4, 5, 6, 7 ; rounds 3 and 12 are a toss up, even if you give them to Fury, Usyk wins with the knockdown.

You don't know how to score rounds. I saw a breakdown in slow-mo and Fury only won rounds 4-7. The other rounds Usyk won, mostly by being more active. Tyson gave away the early rounds by doing nothing! The judges almost tried to rob Usyk if not for that 10-8 round.

This analysis is so subpar. Usyk was applying pressure the entire fight, outlanded him in total and high impact shots. Only rounds fury won convincingly were 5 and 6. Usyk could have won every other round. this fight was pretty close, but one sided.

Boxing is not entirely about damage as Kamaru says. Boxing is points based and the only two times that is nullified is if there is a knockout to end the fight. If a knockdown happens in a round by someone being dominated then that is also a 10-8 regardless because of the 10 point must system. Each minute of the 12 rounds is scored based on effective aggression, ring generalship, offense and defence. 30 pitty pat punches does not get overtaken by one heavy punch if that person with the one heavy punch did not display the ring iq, movement, defence and offence for the whole 3 minutes of that round. It's possible to win a round without throwing a single punch, i believe henry armstrong was the first to win a round without throwing a single punch and i believe roy jones was the other. How did they win a round without throwing punch? By displaying the criteria required to win under queensbury boxing rules. Boxing isn't the same as MMA.
