In to video I'm going to go through the process of showing you how I take a group of thrifted stools and get them ready to resell for our retail booth. Though they all are similar that they are stools, That does not mean you have to make them al look the same.

This is the first time I've seen you do the stain and I love it, especially with the painted legs! I have always been a fan of checks and your stools turned out great! I think I will look for a little stool to try it on. All these pieces look like high end designer pieces now!

These are totally terrific. I love the buffalo check and the stripes. My compliments to you for removing all the tags and finishing the bottoms. I see so many DIY's where they leave tags on and messy paint on the edges of the bottoms. This makes the pieces look cheap and unfinished. Thank you for the great video. I have an old stool that I am going to try the buffalo check but I
want to incorporate some turquoise perhaps using a cream for the lightest color. I will need to do some testing to see what Will work best. 🙋🌹

Your little walnut oval stool is just like the stool my grandfather gave me to reach the washbasin & I was approximately 5 years old. I still have that stool & I'm 78 now.

Hope you are well Jayne. Yes we are definitely blessed with the sales that are going on in our booth. Just filmed my first video of me getting to work in the workshop. Happy day. It’s about 80% completed . Hopefully we can get another 15% done before winter comes. #heat
Oh those poor basketball, once used daily. Now kids are too busy. And a storm took down the very large basketball hoop. 🤗 They still play some. Just not at our home. But I have to say I miss the sound of dribbling basketball in our driveway. And kids playing. They grow up way too fast🥺. Thank you for always supporting and chatting with me🥰

Yes, there are days I miss the busyness of the teenage kids! Our oldest daughter turned 43 today and our YOUNGEST grandchild turned 2 yesterday.... Birthdays of kid and grandbabies have a way of bringing back memories and HOW OLD WE HAVE GOTTEN 😬 LOL!!!

Everything was great. If I had your patience I would have a retail booth, in fact I might just consider it. I am and have always been partial to Buffalo checks especially black and white so you did a great job. Maybe going forward, you could do more stripes I like a gray and white stripe. Just a thought

Of course you're singing my tune with all these stools! I just bought another tiny one for 3.00 and you always give me ideas! For your future projects that you want to stain, but they're not solid wood, I've had good luck with gel stain.

I Thrifted a couple of stools and redid them, but I never did the buffalo check because I wasn’t sure of the third step. But as usual, you made it very clear. Now I’ll have to look for another stool so I can do that. All of yours came out great.

I loved the buffalo print stools that you did. I painted an entire cement wall in my basement craft room using the same technich that you used and I Love it. Buffalo print is my jam so thank you for showing that. I have just started following you on TH-cam and I really like that you show your entire process of getting items ready for resale. I also liked the stamps you did on the crockery in one of your videos. I think I am going to order a set of those. What city are you in and where is your booth. My husband & I travel around the country some and its always fun to stop in Thrift stores and Antique Malls.
