    this is the nuts - I love baking the mix with harissa paste as an alternative spice kick. This channel deserves much more attention, always great content.

    I might be tempted to try this with the harissa + PICKLED red onions ala Mexican recipe. Takes very little time and is a great crunchy addition...

    I just made this and it was amazing. I also ordered a copy if the book. My family thanks you! They enjoyed their lunch. Even my picky eater had a second serving of cauliflower. I'm so impressed with the recipe and sauces.

    Yummy. Could cut down oven time by steaming the florets in a spice infused water bath till it's just a little tender

    I love how the green chutney looks, but I don't like coriander. Do you have a chutney recommendation without coriander? Or a substitute for coriander? 😊🙏

    • @FoodwithChetna
      @FoodwithChetna  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use another chutney because sadly coriander chutney cant be made without coriander. Try a different chutney for this like mango chutney

    Hi chetana. New follower. Love your channel. I have a question but it's not pertaining to this video.
    Its about baking cakes. When I m preparing the batter if i just beat the eggs with the remaining ingredients the cake doesnt rise much. All the ingredients are fresh okay. But when I beat the eggs separately in a bowl. Like make it really fluffy. N mix with the dry ingredients the cake has a good rise. Can u please tell me y. Cox I feel beating eggs separate it's a little time consuming.

    • @tessan613
      @tessan613 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      When you bet the eggs separately (sometimes with sugar) you get air in them and that's what makes the rise. Mixing eggs directly with all the heavy ingredients makes a dense cake.
