Man after seeing the belt condition shows light use is take apart the head....relube and make sure thrust bearings are put back in proper order same with the tail ....make sure all screws are locktited and maybe relube the thrust bearing that is it. I would not feel the need to disassemble the whole heli.

Out of curiosity how is the 3 blade tail? Considering adding one to my 700 Sport and my Kraken 700.

I like the sound and extra bit of hold at lower head speeds. It is more parts to check/fix/maintain so I’m calling that out. I’m going to continue running it on my black thunder but no plans on moving to it on any of my newer helis.

@@djentangle Ok that makes sense. I think I fly mine at 1850 and have a little tale kick, the belt tension appears to be set correctly and the slider is smooth. Wondered if I just needed bigger blades, 3 blades, or possibly the belt has a little give and I should tighten it some.

@@matthewcoleman9486 I think you can try 115 if you’re on 105. Also might need some fine tuning on the tail. Which FBL are you flying? I know some need to be mechanical centered setup properly for the endpoints to be close together than have values far skewed one way more than the other. Eg vbar having tail endpoints 70 on one end and 110 on the other. This will make the tail not hold.
