My queries are as follows:
1. Suppose, promoters are investing 100 crores but want to issue only 1 crore shares. Then by formula FV would be 100. Is there a way to keep the value 10 with the same investment and keeping the FV 10. If yes then please discuss.
2. You should have discussed the concept that we don't consider intangible assets in BV calculation, while expanding the example of IT Industries.
Keep it up!
1) If the promoters are keen on issuing 1cr shares only, then there is no way to make FV 10, it will be 100 only.
2) Noted.
First time I have seen your video, the way you have explained is really awesome ❤

Please make video on price valuation calculatio
1. Face value - price at which the promotor gets the stocks of the company.
-Dividend is calculated on the face value.
2. Market value - current market price
3. Book value - value of stock being recorded in the books of the company by doing the calculations involving the company's financials.
P/B Ratio = market price / book value : lesser the better
We compare the P/B ratio of companies within the same sector.
Excellent educational video.

Nice mam
Which means book value also changes with time??
Welcome Aastha.
I want to know that, is there any specific trend that investor follows for analysing P/B ration. Like is there any thersold margin or something related to industry?
Mam, Agar fair value cmp se zyada ho to kya cmp fair value knbrabar ho sakti hai
maam as u said jitna P/B ratio kam ho com. ka utna acha hai, why so?
because it shows that stock is overvalued right?
We need english content because in south part of india everyone cant understand hindi but i can understand hindi excluding me im telling
Very nice
Thanks
Best way to avoid more premium price of share odr thn b promoter??
Great content, pls continue
Which book value is better understood
Good for staring
Iska matalab Jo company premium per trade kr rahi hai usme invest karne ke vajaye Kam CMP wale per kare??
Aur face value Agar CMP se jyada to vo sahi ya galat...
Agr kisi company ki book value jyda hai or Market value kam tho share acha haii ..right?? Pls ans?
Some great guy said "If you can't explain it simply, you didn't understand it well enough" Applicable to the lady in the video. Request Zerodha to put someone who understood the concepts well to explain to us.
Man Stock ka Book value Jitna jyada hoga Utna hi good mana jayega
That means in the above example, the company is overvalued as the market price is Rs.250 and the book value is Rs.100. Correct na?
Mam Face value ki bat aapne galat ki hai :
Face Value : Share certificate me jo clearly likha huaa hota hai ki share face value particular hai. Isi ko face value kahte hai.
