If company is facing some temporary loss, then PE will be negative but stock price will not. Most of the Startups have negative PE in their starting phrase like ola, Uber flipkart
I’m embarrassed to admit that after watching this video am still clueless, calculating stock exchange’s, predicting the market🤦♀️, I really don’t know which stocks to invest in. How hard can this be 😓
You certainly will find your investing journey enriching when you’ve understood how the market works☺️. Get a broker and you’d never regret the decision to invest in stocks.

I like your videos just the way others do. They are so informative. Can you also mention - PE value in this video, please. When you said lower the PE better it is, -ve is better than +ve. But in reality, I learnt that -ve PE means the company is close to bankruptcy
Lower is better but should not be negative. Example: -7 PE ratio means you are giving 7 rupees to earn -1 rupee i.e. losing 1 rupee. Who wants to do that 😂.
that isn't always the case. It can also mean that the stock is undervalued. You shoudl see the P/E along with PEG which is derived from it. You should always check out other ratios like P/B, debt-to-equity ratio, free cash flow etc.
Pe ratio does not work I have experience it only peg ratio work because peg ratio tell that company cagr growth will be higher if peg ratio of a company if it's lower than its compatitor than that this company have higher growth in earning in compare to its compatitor plus seles growth and profit both should be higher than its compatitor,
@@debiameena that may be true but the peg ratio is very difficult to estimate. There are many assumptions that need to be made to calculate the future growth rate of a company which may not work as the market is uncertain. If the pe ratio is looked upon along with other ratios like price to book, debt to equity, free cash flow etc, it can be a valuable indicator of financial performance.
