It’s such a beautiful song. If it wasn’t attached to a really bad movie, it could have been nominated for an Oscar for best song 🎶 Sometimes I play this song when someone I love or a certain celebrity I love 💕 passes away. RIP 🪦 John Belushi and Paul Ruebens

The search for this song was not an easy one, I fell in love with it instantly as I heard it on the movie "Wired". It was many years later before I found it again. You are very welcome.

Only Richard Pearce himself could have you listening to this song a million times.....and then again and again..One cannot put Richie in words...Moreso if you have met him...

A few months ago, I was facing a high-risk surgery. One of those where you wonder "should I write a will before?" During that time, I listened to Richie's music a lot, and kept listening through the recovery. He was an incredibly calming force in my life at a very dark time, and this is one of his most beautiful songs. It's a shame it was attached to such a horrible movie. RIP Richie, and thanks, man.

I always remembered Dan Ackroyd on the motorcycle in front of the hearse. And the song that was playing. And it was so sad, but so fitting, because of the brotherhood. I thought the song was "You are so Beautiful" by Joe Cocker, but then I saw it again on here and it was this song. Both are great songs, but this one doesn't get the credit it deserves.

the script for Wired originally called for James Taylor's "That Lonesome Road" to be used in Belushi's funeral scene as his casket was being lowered into the ground, but so glad they used this instead.

@gibber6741 "Still looking for a way to say goodbye," is that song to me. The one that says goodbye to those I never had a chance to express it properly and those I never will have that chance. Hold them in your heart, dear spirit, and live because they lived.

@DRLashley1 Sometimes there is no words to find a way to say goodbye and sometimes we just don't get a chance too. What's harder to deal with? Losing someone we just can't see our life without, because they move a way from us. Or, because they die. We spend our lives losing each other, we go on living to meet more people that we will lose; only to become lost ourselves someday.
