The part where you made it out like 5 books and a few months of studying is appropriate(let alone a big deal) for the level of responsibility that realtors are trusted with.
This video was spot on! Super funny. At one point, I thought they were going to say "Hey.. we have AMAZING news.. we got a house!!.. yeah, we went into an open house we never called you about and the agent sold it to us right there!"
This is a good look at what a Realtor goes through. Everyone thinks we make buckets of money doing nothing and have no ideal what a day of the life of a real estate agent is. This gets the point across using humor. Great video that I'm sharing to my facebook page.
@@GemmaLeggettRealEstateBroker I thought that might be the case because of the French! I swear we should write a book. YES, I have walked in on people having sex. YES, when I sold in rural Washington State there was a Shetland pony in the living room when I arrived for my listing appointment. YES! on the day of closing my waterfront listing went from grassy low bank to sandy high bank because it collapsed into the ocean and YES they sued because they said I should have known it was going to happen and THEY WON!!! I need an intravenous drip of wine.
Im just now seeing this...ive been in rental management for years. Agents around here all drive nicer cars than me and seem to be better off financially. Should I do it?
I died laughing at the “Dont F with your credit” talk. I worked retail for YEARS and I can’t count the # of customers who would apply for a credit card and then call and complain/scream at me a month later when they didn’t get approved for their home. Had they asked, I would’ve told them to not open a card, but I’m not a mind reader
I think any realtor can relate to the video -- people think it's so easy.... show them a house or two, they buy it and you get a lot of $$ --- ha ha ha ha ha
The irony is that you think it's a 'big deal' to have to study 5 books to 'sell houses', ie: be trusted with the largest investment of people's lives. That's a joke, 3-5 months of studying and courses, 5 books and I passed my exam and was a realtor. Want to become a carpenter, mechanic, plumber, chief, it's years and years of school, dozens and dozens of books 10's of thousands of dollars. The barrier to entry to have the level of responsibility that realtors has needs to be orders of magnitude higher than what it is now
What is THE Funniest moment in this video in your opinion?
"You want to see it on Christmas day?" - wish you had show it with a snow storm and a bad attitude client to complete the picture!!
@@OfficeDesk215 LOL... Next one
Getting it on in the bedroom, too funny.

Hahah, that would be definitively something that had happened in the past to many realtors
