Love how your food chocies are completely sustainable! You're not chopping out every carb or whatever. Youre eating as clean as possible but still with what you need to manage cravings and enjoy eating! Also love that you gave that statement that we all have to do our own research. Hate when people claim to know it all !

First, love that you went grocery shopping and still purchased chipotle. I do that all of the time 😂.
2nd- I know it's hard to go anywhere without makeup, especially working out, but I promise you it's life changing.
You look absolutely stunning without makeup. I know I look homeless when I go to the gym and I'm sure I would feel better if I looked my best, but when I have gone after work I truly feel to done up and when I sweat the mascara goes in my eyes.
My parents put my sister and I in pageants. It took me forever to do anything without makeup. You only feel beautiful with makeup.
Give it a try. It's life changing and you should really learn how to love yourself without makeup.
It's hard I know. I won't go out for the night without makeup, but errands, gym etc. No makeup!
Maybe not even take it all off, I'd have done the mascara, a little blush, concealer for my acne, and then just brush my eyebrows, but my hair would be up too in a clip her whatever lol.
