Oh my god, I am sooo glad to live in a densley wooded region. I would get mad within those lots of skyscrapers and cars. I just don´t want to smell the air you have to breath walking or running there. But thank you for showing us your NY 😘☺
Before watching this, I would get tired/bored around 10mins on the treadmill. However, This has helped me to walk longer and faster without even thinking about it. I did one mile 16mins and normally it would take me 30min. Thank you And I saw someone say, edit out traffic light stops but I think it’s cool. If you could look side to side while standing there that may help.
looks a lot different than when l was a bike messenger there in 93’-97’, looks a lot cleaner and less congested. when l lived there, sidewalks were shoulder to shoulder and traffic was usually gridlocked…times have definitely changed.

Brilliant walk I really enjoyed it your idea of starting in the subway made a great addition. Have you ever thought of uploading your walks to the Kinomaps fitness app? You would reach more athletes looking for workouts as I’ve never found a NYC one on there! Thanks again many people will benefit from this especially with Covid stopping them getting out and about.

This was partially my route when I worked in the city. I walked from Columbus Circle to Penn Station every day.

Great..working my way up to 4 miles. I did a mile in 19.39 minutes....will do 2 miles next time...
