This was so fun ! I loved the Wizard of Oz theme and the Christmas Planner paper you picked too! So cute! That book with the tree would have been absolutely perfect if I would have found it 4-5 months ago....the theme for my kids' marching show this season (which ended today) was "Fly On" ...birds with a tree prop. I now know to look after next year's show reveal for a book that might match up with it.
I saw a planner that had both vertical and horizontal weeklies. I turned my AExAP B6 daily to this setup. I use Monday as the weekly dashboard and Tuesday and Wednesday as vertical weeklies on two pages where I put my schedule and I use Thursday and Friday as a weekly task list on two pages and I use Saturday and Sunday for Workouts, Meal Preps and More. My initial intention was to use the dailies like a journal but I don’t “freely speak” in the book where my schedule and lists are because I often pull it out in front of others so I realized I don’t need an entire page for daily to dos. This layout is working amazing for me.
My goodness! I love the theme for November, I also remember the excitement when The Wizard of Oz was on TV! It was a special occasion! And your artwork is really good, you are an artist and should start telling yourself that!!!! Going over your A6 Hobonichi struggle caused me to realize it would be perfect for me to use as my Daily Bible Study Journal. I had been in a Happy Planner for years and have been yearning to add daily Prayers to my entries. The A6 should allow me enough space for it all! That you for providing that “a-ha”! 😊
I love the great tips you sprinkle throughout the video! Your Oz pages are so fun and I am absolutely using paper to “holiday” my HC! As a first timer, your videos are so helpful to organize my thoughts around what i really want in my planner.
If you already, before usage, feel restricted in the HON as EDC, you're not going to be happy with it as EDC/CP. My suggestion is: use the Hobonichi A6 HON for gratitude (monthly) and journaling/memory keeping (daily). Use a Stalogy A6 for your EDC/comonplace. I think that way you'll be happier and hopefully stick with your planner system. PS. Meal planning should take place in your health&fitness planner. What we eat influences our health/symptoms greatly. I would actually keep a record of what you ate during the whole day, not just dinner. What meds you took, symptoms and pain levels, cycle, sleep and exercise tracking.
Each year when the Wizard of Oz played, mom would make a big bowl of chocolate pudding for each of us, topped with all the whipped cream we could eat and we'd pig out in front of the TV, and sing all the songs, quote our favorite lines, and enjoy the evening.
I've been considering multiple month pages myself. I have an empty personal wide that would be great for this. either that or move them into a big desk planner.
Have you considered the A6 Hobonichi day free where you still have the monthly but the days are not dated? You could write in a weekly like you do in the stalogy. I love all your videos.
You make me want to buy an a6 lol. Seriously though, after being rings for a year I'm trying a bound Sterling ink TN. Great paper and well see how it goes. I may go smaller though. I like the memory keeping idea and I think I'll use my A5 rings for that. I just wish getting and printing inserts was easier for rings. You can spend a ton of money ordering them and it takes a while if you do it on your own.
Oh my! Graph paper is my favorite. Looks like I'll be placing an order. 😊
Oh I think you are very much an artist and very creative. Love chatty videos. Your the best. Thanks
I think a6 is working for you. How are you going to use all your hobonichis ? This looks like it’s going to get over complicated…
Absolutely LOVE the chatty videos!! Love the fall colors. Thanks for sharing!
You ARE an artist, Annie!!! Never ever say you're not.
🥰
You are so very creative. Love your channel and your delivery style. Thanks for sharing.
You did an amazing job! As an artistic person, I am my worst critic also, but you have skill! Be proud.

I have a letter size lined rose gold journal. It’s CHONKY and I love it!!! Grabbed it to match my Bible for study!

Your artwork looks amazing
I saw that the "EM" in November was bold. I really thought it was a reference to Auntie "Em" in the movie. 🙂
Man...I wish I was smart enough to think of that!!? 😂
I saw the exact same thing!!!
This is a funny comment and response. 😂 I giggled.

This was a fantastic video! Your planner set up is so cute!! I’ll be interested in seeing your final decision for 2025

pretty good for not be an artist! great job!
Been sitting on the fence about the red cover cause on screen at Amazon doesn’t look pretty red but it looks great here just ordered one!
On the daily pages of the Hobonichi, could you cover the day/date with washi and use the pages like you do in the Stalogy?

@@foreveryoung2685 My A5 rings is almost exclusively put together through various freebies. There is some good stuff available, completely free.
I'm disappointed that you didn't talk about pages for planning the holidays, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. 💕🌞🌵😷
