I know you've already figured it out, but for anyone in the future, the three bars on the dash means a gearbox problem, most likely the shifter is not in the neutral position on the side of the transmission.
Yes it took some trial and error to figure that out. It had to put itself into neutral and realize it before it would start.
What does it mean when you have 1/4 tank of gas ⛽️ Whole gas gauge blinks and the car shuts off and won’t restart?🥴🤔

I was unable to do that when I did the head gasket
