As a Dutch person I too think Fall and Winter is a great time to walk in the City center. It gives it a real nice atmosphere. For summer it's more nice for festivals or walks in the park or go outside of Amsterdam. Also King's day is not to miss.

Thanks for sharing Larry👏🏽Additionally, I recommend getting a 24 hour tram ticket (€8.20) to tour Amsterdam all day at your leisure as well as taking an individual or couple bike & carriage ride through the city for 30 minutes (€35). The locals speak English and are super helpful and nice😘🥰🇳🇱

Hey Anne! It's worth it if you're already doing alot of the activities that are on the list! Super handy for public transport but for us we didn't do to many things on the list thats available. Just have to weigh it up :)

ey Mason! You'll have the best time in Amsterdam!. With your question, it's best to contact your card provider, every card is different. However if you have an amex it will mostly likely work :)

Promo was at the hotel, we did have a great experience there and the restaurant was fantastic! Other cafes etc we paid for :)

@1:34 start the day with pancakes? Hmm, okay, but in the Netherlands pancakes is a main course or maybe lunch. But not breakfast like Americans have their fluffier pancakes…I’m sure it was delicious 😋.

Do you have proper headphones? The audio mixing is really not good. Levels are all over the place, weird stereo mic flares in rooms with echo, etc

New corona cases are at high levels in Amsterdam, and the government strongly advises anyone with plans to visit the center of Amsterdam to cancel those plans, as it is too crowded.
Face masks are now mandatory in several crowded areas. Both outside in the street and inside in shops. Fine for not wearing the mask is 104 euro including 9 euro administrative fee.
In the whole of the Netherlands, it is mandatory to keep a distance of at least 150cm at all times, inside any building and outside in the street. Many tourists ignore this rule, which is evil. Fine is 400 euro.
If you violated any of the rules in the past two weeks, you have to stay in quarantine for ten days, during which time you can't meet anyone.

Michelin star restaurants are only for the people who have lots of money. Amsterdam is well over priced. Lots to see and do in Amsterdam , but avoid the weekends , but I am over in April 2022 and staying in Haarlem 15 minutes by train.
Hey Robert! Michelin star resturants are for anyone who wants to try fine dining, you don't have to have lots of money to expeirence. Definitely lots to do in Amsterdam hope you enjoy your trip!! :)
