If you’ve been buying sneakers long enough this happens pretty often..a lot of times, especially with shoes with odd colorways, the pictures don’t do the shoe justice

I’m with you, Foamer. Not a big fan of 2002r other than the comfort, but Salehe knocked this collab outta the park. These are beautiful, and one of my favorites in my collection. I kinda feel that way about my CDG Foams, too.

Got the orange pair last year and the quality on them are INSANE!
I think that was what really made me like them. One of the best of the shoes of the year to me. Too bad they were two sizes too big. Tried to find my size to trade locally but couldn't lol
These are on my feet right now! So premium and 🔥🔥I think the green back tab are repping fingerprints. Bembury always has a fingerprint detail.

Got my pair and have worn them a few times. This shoe is making me want New Balances as parts of my normal rotation. Colorway is fuego. 9/10.

I have to say that NB makes some really nice products. I just picked up a pair of NB r_c 1300 with these thicker Vibram outsole made for walking/ off road capability. You should try them if you haven't.
You should check out the orange pair and the Anta collabs from Salehe Bembury. He’s crazy talented with color palettes, materials and overall concepts. 💯💯💯

I copped one of the GR 2002r colorways and its become one of my favorite shoes to wear. They feel just great on foot. Great ride, super breathable.

Man... After staying away for 6 or so years only New Balance has made me come out from under my rock. In a world full of raffles for almost any release these days. I find that the aftermarket isn't that bad on certain sneakers. A shame that even the Nike Air Max BW which was easy to get in the past is now a resellers dream. With the pandemic and Brexit where UK and the EU are separated from much business and politics, I think a lot of regional releases have been doing the rounds especially for New Balance. I kinda like that where you can only get a certain pair from a certain city or continent. Reminds me of how the real sneakerheads used to travel to find what they wanted in the 90's and early 2000's. Anyways time to look through 7 years of releases for me to pick out from and see which one are being slept on. Still chiming in from time to time to see if there's anything new that I like out there.
