before brady and bill Belichick era I remember Patriots drafting high in first round. and got very lucky with brady, and when pats drafted brady there know way pats was thinking he was going be one of best qbs ever play, at best pats was thinking 2nd or 3rd string qb, and pats just resigned Bledsoe to a very big contract at that time Bledsoe was highest paid player in NFL, just think Bledsoe does have a Superbowl ring lol and he played in 4 games and Bledsoe and brady played in 2001 AFC championship game against steelers, I think brady got hurt and was out 2nd half that when Bledsoe come in
