I wasn’t taught this at school because of COVID 19, and I was trying to understand this when learning for my year end exam and I was literally crying bcz I didn’t understand. Man I think u might have just saved my grades, can’t thank you enough. Crazy to think that a 14 min vid can change so much, you’re an absolute Legend and also my favourite teacher!!! So so helpful! The 3=6/2 was mind blowing. I always got stuck on when to divide and when to multiply but that little trick really worked, plus the Aussie accent is great!

Best math's teacher I've ever had. Hated maths in school due to the fact my teacher makes the task harder than what it looks so I failed maths multiple times. Decided to come on TH-cam to not find the answers. Rather the solution to the problems and your channel is the best resource for maths imo. I've learned more maths from you than i ever did in school and the best thing about it is I've retained that knowledge whereas in school id just forget or can't comprehend what the teacher is saying. You break it down so well to the point anyone can learn without difficulty it's amazing. I've already learned Basic Algebra/Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Calculus etc to an excellent level of understanding. All due to the way you teach. Thank you for taking the time to do what you do

I am not allowed calculators on tests. If you are also not allowed to use calculators refer to this to solve it manually: So to figure out sin30 in this problem refer to the unit circle. Sin refers to the y coordinate of the terminal point of 30 degrees. The terminal point of 30 degrees is (sqrt3/2, 1/2). So sin (y) of 30 degrees is 1/2 or .5.
At least I can actually take time to take this all in instead of my math teacher constantly tryna get me to do work every bloody second, your a life saver.

changing 3.7 or whatever to 0.1higher doesn't make it more correct,in maths what you did was correct or not and what you did was correct and this is a great video this made complete sense.
I don’t know if you’ve figured it out by now but you know by what information you have. For example at 12:53 there’s 18° at the H and there’s a 7 at the A. A and H are both in the “cos” part, therefore your using cos. Hope this helps! :)

Can someone help me. I tried to insert what he did to my scientific calculator, but it came up with a completely different answer, for example cos 7/18 gave me the answer of .99. Is there a specific mode/ different way I have to write the equation? Someone pls answer.....
