they did and he thought it was a good idea to use another tank.
This makes me imagine if this was a thing while the Arkham Knight knocked Batman down in that one cutscene. Batman would be screwed.
Someone needs to make a game where you play as the Knight in Arkham Knight, so you get to decide what to do with the militia and how and when to deploy then, even being able to set up fights with batman.
Batman themed unit control game similar to halo wars, classic hero's and villains will be the game's leader units and it will be a war between the gcpd and the militia.
The fact is that Batman could have been killed by Arkham Knight's helicopter at Ace Chemicals, and again in their encounter before the chase in the city's tunnels.
tbf batman walked up to the helicopter calmly, he most definitely had a plan for an attack and even if you say bullets, batman’s suit can tank multiple bullets from drones before he dies

In the rooftops Batman could not attack and my favorite, Batman surrendered himself, got locked in a chair in the ending of the game with nowhere to go and it was Jason who saved him, why didn't they do it to begin with? Right after taking Barbara hostage

@@ceccascorp8149 But in fact, in the scene where Arkham Knight shows up in the Helicopter, he does try to kill Batman. Unfortunately, Crane overrides the Weapon Systems because "Batman needs to feel fear" which is what leads to everything falling apart. If Crane intended to destroy Gotham, then he'd let Arkham Knight fire at Batman.
Nice plan however there are a few problems mainly with the Arkham hq Hail Mary plan:
A. The size of the elevator is small with it fitting approximately 15ish soldiers that’s means that Batman is really only dealing with 15ish soldiers at a time
B. The time it takes for the elevator to descend and ascend is approximately 1 minute and 9 seconds. Batman at the end of the game can take out 15 soldiers in a minute.
C. Squading up is a smart move but like the Arkham Knight, you forgot about the fear multi takedown which when maxed can take down up to 5 men.
D. He’s Batman lol.
My improvements would be have the 191 already in the room squaded up doing close and fast rotation around the room. Have mines on the perches (because they can do that). And blow up all the grates with gernades (because they can do that too).Then he’s trapped with a room of almost 200 armed men with nowhere to hide and either has to fight his way out or try to reach the elevator, which he could possibly do which then you could rig the elevator to explode. And if he beats all that, welp, hope you like prison orange lol. Ngl tactically the rest of the plan works tho, well done!
They can only do that after batman uses them plus there still vents that can't be blown up
It's so annoying because I bet we all thought that the Arkham Knight should have done stuff like this the Arkham Knight easily falls into the trope of pulling his punches way too much

4:41 honestly this is one of the smartest things the Arkham Knight did. Planting these bombs means that any outside force cannot set foot in Gotham without forcing the militia to destroy all of Central Gotham. Not only does this stop the National Guard from coming in, but more importantly, it stops other superheroes from showing up like Superman (who we know is active at this point).
Sure, some people like Nightwing were able to sneak his way in, but for the most part, the entire city is locked off. Although personally, I was the Arkham Knight, I would’ve gone farther with this.
Playing some bombs on the bridges and detonate them both to make it harder for people to actually enter the city and as a way of showing that you’re serious about the dead nation threat.
If Nightwing could sneak in, what’s stopping Superman from doing so?

To play the part
Honestly, this would be my strategy:
Send a single patrol car with a henchman who we know will rat us out the moment Batman begins in, interrogating him and have him lead Batman, the Arkham Knight headquarters. Does Batman know this is all a part of our plan:
When he shows up and makes his way to the basement, our entire military force will be waiting for him. He may be tough, but can you take down over 900 soldiers and 300 tanks without any time to prepare? And just to be safe lock down the entire entire building the moment we suspect one of our men has been knocked out so he’ll have nowhere to run.
Maybe it’s not the smartest tactic to put all our eggs in one basket, but if we can’t take him down with 900 soldiers at once, then we wouldn’t have stood a chance anyway
Now, sure, Jason and scarecrow don’t want Batman dead, but you don’t have to kill him. You just need to injure him to a point where he can’t fight back and can be easily restrained by several soldiers. From there, you can attach him to the gurney and broadcast his unmasking to the city. Then Jason can put a bullet in his head if he really wants to.
Now we have to account for the possibility that Batman can summon his Batman family to assist him, but even if Nightwing and Robin are helping him out, that would still be 300 soldiers they would all have to take on each.

Knowing how badass Batman is, I don’t think that would work, it would just piss him off if anything, and would probably lead to the militia members accidentally attacking each other due to how many people are in that small space
no look we make him follow the truck like how he does in the penguin mission bringing him to a second base where they do their training and get a fake arkham knight who got trained to fight and talk like the arkham knight prior to this (jason planned this for years) the fake arkham knight starts talking to the (imagine a certain dictator starting with H) talking with 200 soldiers in the room who have a feature in their suits where they can detect batman even if he uses smoke then they jump him. 20 brutes 50 medics 50 undetectables 80 normal soldiers added with tanks but the medics will make sure hes 100% alive so jason can torture and then kill him after broadcasting his unmasking to the city. And incase he brings the Batmobile we bring 100 tanks that have explosives that are specifically made to destroy the Batmobile. Knowing Batman’s plot armor we add in fear toxin so he breathes in 100% of it giving him nightmares of the joker making him think every soldier is the joker which gives us the time to knock him out. Lets say nightwing and robin come to help we will have multiple explosives to take them out (knowing how strong their arkham knight variations are they could take out 200 soldiers) i dont think he’ll kill grayson considering i assume they see eachother as brothers. Grayson might never forgive jason though. Hes killing tim 100% because he definitely holds a grudge against him for replacing him as the new robin. These bombs are designed to ONLY hurt or “neutralize” the target and not anyone near them he throws multiple at tim and 1 at batman because he knows batman has the greatest plot armor. He kills batman but somehow batman is revived by doing a ritual so jason exits the screen kills the player searches for everyone who works at rocksteady and kills them. If somehow none of this works jason should give up
Bats wpuld know there down there tho and would find a way to defeat them with the Batmobile or just not show up

Here's the thing... Batman isn't dumb. Even with the Arkham Knight HQ he would find a way around it. I can see two scenarios.
1) He pulls a Nick Fury from TWS. Fakes his death and uses a chemical to slow down his heart rate so you think he's dead and then because you're the Arkham Knight and you have a massive ego you would want ro see the body. That's when he makes his move.
2) He disguises himself as a militia soldier..the amount of soldiers you have doesn't allow for proper ID checking without severely limiting yourself
3) You didn't account foe the Bat Family. You still have Nightiwing Robin and Azrael as physical thrwats to deal with and Barbara shouldn't be underestimated either
4) How are you going to deal with Poison Ivy?
This is actually possible the him blending in with soliders or you know you can just get the bat wing in😂
1) If Batman goes down, have your guys not take any chances and shoot him extra to take make sure.
2) If Batman is disguised, he won't be able to bring most of his gadgets or his Batsuit. So if he ever gets exposed, he'd be fighting with limited equipment. So you need some way of periodically and automatically checking each goon at random times with if something was up.
For example, lets say each goon's suit automatically transmits their heart rate to every other goon in the area (something that's already in the game. It's how Arkham Knight knows when you stealth takedown a goon). Batman being Batman would be unusually calm even in stressful situations. So if you notice one particular guard having a low heart rate even in stressful situations, you have a good chance of noticing it's Batman. You could go a step further and add in ID sensors in the suits MGS style.
3) Knight, Scarecrow and Penguin did end up capturing Robin, Barbara and Nightwing in the base game. Hell, that's how Batman's identity got revealed.
4) Just make a deal with Ivy that if you stay out of our way, not only will we won't harm plants, we will give you the means to further protect them.

Speedrun Strat: Man every tank and Batman cannot blow them up. He’s fucked.
Than batman just finds a way to no blow them up he has a emp he can just make it stronger to shut the tanks down permanently

I will say, although the back to back method is good on paper. There are a few ways Batman would still be able to easily overcome that:
1. Multi takedown. of course Jason would have no idea this technology existed yet, but as soon as he learns Batman is capable of taking down multiple opponents in one movement, they would need to change their strategy which would be difficult. The soldiers have been trained all this time without knowledge of Batman’s new skills
2. Smoke bomb. It doesn’t matter if someone’s watching your Blindspot if they can’t see 2 inches in front of their nose.
3. Gadgets. All Batman have to do is throw two Batarangs to knock them down and they would be easy pickings
1. Even with Multitakedowns, at most, this gives Batman 6 enemies to takedown and only works once per encounter. Not effective against 100 guys.
2. Give them gask masks and thermals
3. Doesn't work against 100+ guys
I feel there is one tactic that can work but it would only work before the invasion the operation would be simple plant Arkham mercs inside the GCPD hq have them “enlist” in the police force eventually when the Arkham mercenaries invade GCPD would be occupied in the hq eventually when plans are executed I would then give command to the undercover mercs to plant explosives in the underground garage and then the GCPD hq is gone along with all the officers in it
All of that is perfect, but remember in Arkham Asylum how the joker put bombs on the gargoyles. So I would put booms and mines on ledges, vents/ grates, and gargoyles
A couple things you failed to take into account, Batman is impossibly stealthy and would likely take you much more seriously than he did in the original game since you're being much smarter here. Second thing is Scarecrow has and will actively stop you from killing Bats as much as he can, we know this since if you watch when AK has the helicopter pointed right at Batman it reads "System Override" on the screens. (Not sure if you were taking the actually room designs into account or not)
And Batman still would have found a way to stop you😂

we trick batman into following a militia van (like the penguin mission) bring him to a fake headquarters filled with fear toxin and turrets forcing him to bring the batmobile so we get 200 tanks around him making 100% sure ne cant stop us. We make a deal with two face and cobblepot to give them alot of money if they help us. He wont fall for the trap unless he sees the arkham knight talking with the soldiers then as soon as he starts fighting us 300 soldiers come in and shoot him while arkham knight finishes the job

The only reason Arkham HQ wouldn’t work is if you didn’t have them bring guns, otherwise he can easily beat them no matter the number, theres a challenge in arkham origins called 100 to 1 and thats no sweat for him

It feels like the room would be overcrowded, and it would take a lot of time to get 70 soldiers on the roof, and 121 on the lower area. I feel if Batman attacked them there would be a lot of crossfire, and there’s plenty of grates and other areas for Batman to hide in within that room DESPITE that amount of men. Although very good plan!

The way I would design the room in the HQ is this way:
1. Make sure the Batmobile cannot access it. Even if it is destroy, it would be logical to assume Batman has a spare.
2. Position at least 100 soldiers with guns at vantage points, prepare the area so that they cannot be taken out from above.
3. Put 100 soldiers (including brutes and medics and every type you have) on the ground.
4. Put Gordon in the middle of them on a chair.
5. Put small drones, sentry guns, and the sentry guns from the watchtowers with the 100 armed soldiers and mount the watchtower guns to the ceiling.
This way, Batman HAS TO come in to save him. Give him a time ultimatum, too.
Batman cannot overcome this. Even an endless stream of thugs can be defeated, not to mention thugs in waves. But this is too much at the same time while being bombarded by soldiers and sentries from above.
Bonus tip: make sure all your sentry guns work in a closed system without any wireless connectivity. Batman cannot hack into them this way because there is no way to connect to them.

1 easy way to nerf batman is to man the drones. Them he cant blow them up without killing. Even if he could disable, it would likely be repairable

Also in the batmobile stealth sections the cobra tanks are too spread out and far away from each other, they could apply the strategy where the main tank is in the middle and there are cobra tanks on all sides
You forgot that Batman is the player character and people will have to make challenge videos for TH-cam where they speedrun the game and complete it in under 20 minutes with no damage.

So after gotham is conquered suddenly a sonic boom rings your ears as scarecrow and jason look up through the fog of the sky and see two glowing eyes, and just like that its over.
What about the potential metahuman threats? Poison Ivy, Freeze, and even outside superheroes like Flash or Superman could pose a significant threat

Why, instead of guarding the bridges with 40 tanks, don't you just blow up the bridges + guard them (just in case) with 10 or 5 tanks.

You don't. Flash would break any plan like this. Superman would just be invincible unless Jason was familiar with Kryptonite somehow.

Correct, however, that’s called in after defeating Jason, and Barbara being dropped off the roof. The point in which I’m talking about defeating him is before those events take place, therefore he wouldn’t need the spare, as he’d be gone.
Or you can probably overtake Wayne tower since the Arkham Knight knows who Bruce Wayne actually is
If I were The Arkham Knight I would not kill Batman and Jason's only goal was to kill Batman not destroy gotham he said he would destory gotham only to scare the people and Batman he was already planning to become Red Hood before the events of Batman Arkham Knight

If Crane wasn't so obsessed with breaking The Bat, you wouldn't even need all this. Batman would die just outside Ace. Obviously, you have to suspend your disbelief for the game's plot. Hell, the militia could could just switch to manned drones. Maybe they could tie soldiers to the drones too. Batman couldn't risk the lives of the soldiers, even if they are the enemy. I think it would be best if this change was executed about 60% through the story. Sure, Batman would adapt, but it would complicate things quite a bit. It essentially takes his 60mm cannon out of the fight. Even the Vulcan would be insanely risky. Imagine they hide a man or two inside a drone, and Batman takes it out like all the others. Batman is now a bona fide killer now. He loses!

In the story, Arkham Knight wouldn't want them to die. He explicitly wanted Barbara to live, so I have to assume he'd want the same with those two. He blames Bruce for his death, not Dick and Tim.

I think that’s not much of a factor because since the Arkham knight let Barbra live because he’s only angry at Batman, he’s doesn’t want anyone else to die so you would assume that he spares all of them right?
And besides, they still have a bunch of militia infantry to deal with
Some small adjustments would help out a lot:
1) Sacrifice a few of the bombs to blow up the bridges. If we have air control then there is no point in allowing people to move from island to island shut down traffic all together. This also means more tanks on the streets. This occurs while Batman is messing around in ACE Chemicals. Also use this air control to drop off back up for when Batman is spotted
2) Execute Crane now, we are in charge not him, bring in Deathstroke earlier and let him hunt Batman on his own, inform Deathstroke of who Batman is even have him attack Wayne Manor and kidnap Alfred during this time. Oracle is still captured and the GCPD is raided and gunned down now at this time as well use Penguin and Two-Face's crew to do this part since they won't be needing to do Gun running or bank robbing at this time.
3) Anyone that isn't a militia person or tied to the militia is automatically gunned down with ruthless intent and use the screens around Gotham to show a few executions to let people know it is happening, Batman can't stand seeing people die and this will make him sloppy in the longrun
4) Any bomb is tampered with, rather then risking loosing units, all bombs instead are automatically detonated, using the bridge bombing as a sign that the bombs are real and will be detonated. Bombs are placed around hospitals, police stations and precents, fire stations, train stations and major train terminal locations along with any and all critical infrastructure location that would cause unrepairable damage to Gotham should Batman win and deter him from trying to defuse them. If he does it will take a lot of time and effort, time is something we won't give him so he will have to ignore them. Outposts are kept at a healthy distance from these bombs to further show that there is intent to detonate the bombs
5) Checkpoints and Watchtowers are combined and enlarged, creating outposts instead to cover more area. If an Outpost is under attack additional units are sent in along with a kill squad of Cobra Units and tanks. Sacrifice a few checkpoints overall but making each one larger with more manpower, tanks and adding in Watchtowers into checkpoints makes it a very heavy risk for Batman to take them out, especially with the concept of backup coming in
6) Underground areas are evacuated but 100% blocked off at all access points, eliminating anyway Batman can move around underground. Seal tunnels with explosive charges even if needed. Use the men and tanks that would be down in the tunnels to reenforce around the tunnel entrances and streets.
7) Nightwing, take him out of the equation, as in kill him prior to the start and show off his dead body to Batman at the start of the event. This would break Batman knowing his "son" was killed right from under his nose. They actually have a chance to kill him thanks to Harley and Ivy but they let him live. Order them to kill him instead or move in and do it yourself if we are taking control of the Arkham Knight
With these alterations, we hit all of his allies at once while at the same time jeopardizing his city and shown we will destroy it. We know he won't let Robin out and if Robin does get out he is executed no grand standing with him. Nightwing is killed, Alfred is captured, Oracle is captured, Ivy is killed instead of held hostage early on, GCPD is taken out by Batman's rouge gallery and their men as well. No travel between islands means better security and we control the air and sea as well around them. Batman was already on the verge of breaking, this will totally break him and even if he does win he will still get hit with the fear toxin that unleashed The Joker in his mind, with this The Joker may fully take him over and if he does beat us, Jokerized Batman kills the rest of the world so it's a win-win.

The us look at their budget an is like: Heh 3 billion? ROOKIE NUMBERS! Keep in mind u would have deathstroke to handle u already paid for him might as well use him lets assume his price is half a billion to kill the batman. Sense you dont use him u would save half a billion to spend on other stuff such as more troops or more tanks. Heck not to mention all those tank u have defending all those b0mbs they could be used else where. Also kidnapping barbra while it did give him inncentive to track arkham knight down and to push it feels like if u just waited and had batman push first ill be it later on sense he has no real desire to push other than to get scarecrow. U would have more time to put up more defenses. Also on how batman beats 161 militia men simple. Smokebombs the militia dont use the one thing arkham city introduced night vision so unless u bought some all ur militia would be done zo b/c of batman smoke bombs. Not to mention batmans new ability fear multi takedown which is inhuman tobegin with.

The whole idea that once you beat up a soldier they never appear again is bs to me, there’s probably less than 976 soldiers, soldiers would reappear since Batman isn’t exactly killing them
If I was the Arkham Knight I would have just merced batman in the mouth part of his cowl that the criminals never aim at enough in the scene where Arkham Knight had Batman pinned on the ground but only nailed him in the gut and he just walked off so the story wouldn't be f*cked
Arkham Knight couldn't kill Batman at that point in the story yet, we literally have this explained multiple times throughout the plot of the game, it's not a writing issue it's just you not paying attention
@@No-ny3co I did pay attention, It was just still weird to me because this is still Batman were talking about, the one dude who could stop his plans, I get what scarecrow was trying to do but it was still weird to me to have One of the main villains actually have the main hero in a position where they can't do anything and you could end them right there but you choose not to when this is the only person that could stop your plans, I just logically thought that if you were a villain I'd be wise to get rid of the main hero before they have a chance to do anything but that's just my opinion
@@SpiderSora I get your point and it'd make sense.....if The plan was to kill or stop Batman....like I said it's just you not paying full attention, Scarecrow wants to for lack of a better phrase "expose Batman for the fraud he is" he wants to mentally break Batman by showing him that he couldn't save Gotham, And by completing his plan he'd force Batman to watch as he had failed his one life mission, If Jason just...Kills Bruce then yeah sure it's technically a win for the bad guys but Scarecrow doesn't actually care about winning or losing against Batman as long as by the end of the Night Batman is shown his own failures, That's why he stops Jason from killing Batman with the Helicopter and why Jason doesn't just rush Batman with everything he has like 5 minutes into the game, Also they both want Batman to lose at his best so again catching him off guard or not giving Batman a fair shot would just go against the initial plan, You can't think of What you'd do if you were in the situation because you aren't scarecrow and you aren't Jason, they have their own reasonings for doing things the way that they do them in the story. If the goal was a simple as let's kill the Batman then they could've done that in the first act or just strapped people onto the tanks but that's not the goal, The plan doesn't exist without Batman alive so killing him ASAP would be counter productive

No it’s better than all the other ones it has better graphics better gameplay and it even has the dlc where u can play as red hood
@inkedthedemon it has better graphics and better hand to hand combat and hand to hand stealth but most of the dlcs suck and the batmobile gameplay sucks
