Oh, forgot to say love the new glasses! 😍 Also, I plan on starting Evermore tonight. With your heads-up, I think I'll go into it as an alternate universe/light and frothy read and see if I can make it work that way. We'll see. 🤔
@booksandbreggs Thanks and right? I know people are probably tired of hearing about it but once you read it you understand why. Enjoy Aberration and Guardian!
Historical accuracy is big thing for me too even if it is historical fiction. If the details aren't correct it might as well be labled historical fantasy📚
I just started Evermore and was not thrilled with it. I like to finish book club books, but I'm on the struggle bus with this one. I hadn't checked Discord other than Always (which was ok). And...Happy Birthday!
One more thing. I am 90 pages from finishing All the Colors of the Dark. I didnt dnf...I cant put it down wanting to know how it ends. I look forward to your thoughts when you feel in the mood for it. I am thinking 3.5 to 4 stars. There are a few things that take few stars for me so I just dont know yet. 😊 The chapters are one page which I'm a sucker for. His style took me a minute or my head space changed and turns out better than expected.
@@protagonistspub ok after finishing last night I ended up 2.5 to 3 star Several reasons it wasn't total loss for me but some really eye rolling in the end... you will see if you get to it. 🙄
YES!!! I like "We might have something here. Might we explore what it is slowly." I can't stand instant love. Oh..she's pretty...he's handsome...look at those abs.... let's get married. I'm adding Firewall to my TBR.
Finished my first Julie Klassen last week and "too many words" is apt. Overlong, too many plot threads, not enough character development. I ended my GR review by saying I wanted less width, more depth.
@debbiewoten9403 Thank you for the birthday wishes, it was a good day. Some books either have too many words and others the author rushes and uses too few. 🤭😅
I read Evermore, havent posted in discord yet. I liked it enough but found it somewhat boring. I did eye roll hard on the joust part. She is female and not a nowdays female....lol not that it matters but I see a difference in us ladies now and centuries ago. 🤷♀️ and i dont know many women of nowdays who could joust 🤣 Historical fiction is not my favorite. I'm usually not bothered by the correctness of it..well I guess it depends. Nonetheless, just thought it was ok. LOVE the cover. 💖
Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you... 🎶🥳 May the year ahead bring you health, contentment and abundant blessings. 💚
@ThisLittleLightLife aww thank you ❤️😊
Love you friend ❤❤❤so glad the bags kept the books safe!
Oh very safe, those bags were tied by human hands lol
🥳 Happy birthday, Tammy! 🎈I hope you're having a beautiful day! 🐾 ❤️ 📚 So glad to have found your channel, you are _my people!_ 😉
@Lu.G. aww thanks Lu! I am glad you found me too and it is a wonderful thing when we find our people isn't it?
Happy belated birthday, Tammy!
Thanks Rhonda!
Happy birthday!
@MorgansEndlessBookshelf Thank you Morgan 🎉😊

Happiest of Birthdays to my sweet friend ❤

By the way, on another note. You were right about Recorder. I finished it and immediately had to purchase the next two.

@Veronica.Roni.V ohhh that is relieving to know. The cover intrigued me and now I am even more interested.

@Veronica.Roni.V yikes I am now even more curious... I need more hours in the day!
I know it took me weeks to finish that one. Just not enough time. 😊 @@protagonistspub

Happy birthday woman. Have lots of cake 🎂 lol ❤️
@@Veronica.Roni.V Thanks!!
I have read some books that in my opinion had to many characters or to many words too. I hope you birthday was a great and fun one.
