Eliza's golden fingers

The ingredients for these extraordinary fingers are few. A) For the dough I will use a) 1 cup of village flour (from durum wheat, kneaded for village bread), 150g. b) 1 teaspoon of sugar, about 4g. c) A pinch of salt, about 1g. d) 3 spoons of seed oil, about 30 ml. e) Half a glass of warm water, about 100 ml. B) To open the leaves I will use about 2 spoons of starch, about 50g. C) For frying I will use about 1 litre of seed oil. D) After frying, I will pour over them a) 4-5 spoons of honey. b) About a spoonful of sugar. c) About 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. d) About 2 spoons of roasted sesame seeds. Alternatively, if you want, you can use ground walnuts or roasted ground almonds instead of sesame.
