We visited Graceland in April 2016 for my birthday and it was an amazing place...so beautiful and those cars were gorgeous... I remember us walking through the Lisa Marie plane and also the other plane too... .thank you for sharing and bringing back some great memories...xxx..So sad that we have lost Elvis's beautiful daughter Lisa ...it is all so unbelievable still.. God bless you Lisa...gone way to soon..sending love and condolences to the Presley family...❤️❤️💕💕🙏🙏🙏
I’m so glad Elvis had some things he enjoyed as he gave so much enjoyment to all his generations of fans. We was loved so very much!!! His unbelievable voice never failed him. He will never be forgotten.
In 1956, Elvis and June Juanico flew from Memphis to Houston to pick up the purple Cadillac. It was white at the time. If you see a picture of her this is the car she is leaning against. I recommend her book to any Elvis fan.
Every now and then, according to his pilot, Elvis suddenly felt like having his favorite burger, which was somewhere in Texas. He`d call his pilot, sometimes in the middle of the night, and asked him to prepare the flight, and they would fly out for burgers, and fly home again......how cool is that !!!!!!!
On our way down Rt 55 back to Florida, I got off on Rt 51 and surprised our youngest son on his birthday by going to Graceland, the museum, and Heartbreak Hotel. I figured it would be boring. We had such a good time we stopped several other years. All of Elvis' gold records and clothes are amazing! Graceland was as I'd expected, gawdy.
After 40 straight years of going to Memphis especially for the candlelight ceremony each year I finally gave it up to watch online. It's so great to see what you put on line. Thank you for this
In all my life I only saw my father cry one time only. And that was the day Elvis sadly passed away. My youth was shaped by by Elvis from my father and the Beatles from my mother. How blessed was I growing up in such musically rich and soulful time. The music of Elvis is timeless. R.I.P.
That was amazing! Elvis had such rich taste and I love the extra little personal touches. To be able to gift cars must have been such a great feeling. If I was his secretary I would have kept that car forever!
I don’t know if you’ll ever see this Jordan but did you know, according to Elvis’s pilot Ron Strauss, upon E’s death, when he flew the Lisa Marie to Ca to pick up Pricilla and Jerry for the funeral, and returning, all of the airport towers along the way extended condolences and planes flying along the way dipped their wings to the Lisa Marie in respect? How cool was that? Probably was the only time in history, airplanes and airports joining in showing respect for an entertainer. How sad. Still miss him. Stay safe Jordan, you keep roarin❣️❣️❣️❣️
Dad was born in 1946. He talked about how while living in whitehaven as a kid he saw Elvis a few times driving around on his motor cycle. Wish I asked him more before he passed away.
Elvis was loaded but he earned every penny. I am glad he spoiled himself instead of hoarding like some people do. And he was also very generous, I was told.
I remember when I went to Graceland, i was just memorized by all the automobiles and the Lisa Marie. How grand it must of been to live like Elvis or even be a part of his life. What a life. Can you imagine being given a car by Elvis? Thank you, Jordan for such a fantastic time at Graceland and refreshing my memory. Much love to you and Jah ❤❤❤❤🦁
Elvis definently had a style all his own. We loved the vlog. They were building that new complex when we visited Graceland. Awesome tour Jordan! Thank you

Oh wow! You came to my neck of the woods..I live about 40mins from Graceland (on the Mississippi side)..I'm also kin to Elvis..his grandmother on his father's side and my grandfather were (distant)cousins..It was a huge family so we never met him..but its kinda cool knowing we have the same blood. I was 4yrs old when he died..we lived in Memphis at the time..and I remember that everywhere we went people were crying and in shock. I even knew at age 4 what a tragedy it was.I still have the newspaper that announces his death and the pic of the funeral procession that my grandmother had saved. Elvis brought so much joy to the Mid-South and he still does! He really loved his cars, that's for sure!
The pink Cadillac is definitely my favorite! I would love to drive around in that beauty. 😍 These Elvis vlogs are so exciting! Thanks for taking us along Jordan. 🤗
This is where Elvis lived extravagantly... Transportation!! I would be the same way!! I saw a quote on the wall behind one of the cars that said "Life is too short to drive a boring car" Totally agree!! Thanks Jordan!! 👍💜✌
Hi Folks. I did the original display cases for this museum during the mid 80s. I had all his belongings related to his cars and motorcycles at my house. The cars have been cosmetically restored, but don't run. Graceland wanted to display the bullets he fired into his garage door behind the mansion, so I dug them out and put them in a bowl from his kitchen that he ate corn flakes and bananas from. I still have the bowl. A Japanese man who was an Elvis impersonator came to my house to see the artifacts. He put on Elvis' motorcycle jacket, reached into the pocket and pulled out a pack of Juicy Fruit gum from which Elvis had chewed one piece. He asked if he could have it, but instead, I took it and put it on Todd Morgan's desk at Graceland, when he was out, but someone picked it up and chewed it. Many more stories. My mother was in home room with him at Humes, and he and she did the Christmas party decorations together.
Jordan, I lived in Memphis, for 22 years. I was privileged to take many a weekend guest through Graceland. I remember the day traffic was stopped for hours so the Lisa Marie could be placed on the property. Christmas is the best time to visit. It is a pretty awesome experience.
Graceland is my heaven reason being he was my idol . I always wanted to meet him in person but I never ever got the chance . I love his music ,movies . When he died it broke my heart . I know it broke alot of other people's hearts as well when he died . I sympathize with every one who felt the lost . Rip Elvis ! May you find the peace you deserve .
I am sure there are lots more that you can't see it all at one time. Loved the Continental Mark IV! A true classic! Would love to see them. Thanks again Jordan for taking us all there.
about 15 years ago I was friends with Elvis' chief Pilot that flew these plans, especially the Convair. He had tons of stuff that Elvis gifted to him...
We had the EXACT same Scout II, same color. I first saw it awhile back on the official Graceland TH-cam channel and immediately forwarded to my dad. Elvis has something in common with EVERYONE. :)
nice job!! im from Memphis and have been through EVERYTHING Elvis related but haven't seen the planes since I was a teenager in the 80's... thanks for the memories!
The purple eldorado is actually Elvis old car. A fan was restoring it to give back to him in 1977 and Elvis was excited to see it back to its original condition but sadly he died before it was finished. It now rests in his collection along with his other beautiful cars
You did a wonderful job showing the tour. I went in 1985 and things have change since then. It just show you that elvis had it all but you leave it all behind. Seeing the cars that he would drive or ride in. Gives you a chilling feeling, knowing he owned all this. Secretary was a dope to get rid of that car. No elvis fan at all.
Love the saying on the wall Jordan, " life's to short to drive boring cars" well his deffinatly not boring, so much to see, Thankyou loved the vlog xxx
Hollywood Casino south of Memphis has the Spinout car and lots of movie memorabilia. They had a lot more, but got rid of it. They have the Batmobile, Back To The Future car, a huge Titanic display.

I'm fairly certain those cars are the way they were left.

For personal reasons this one was especially bittersweet. Only Jordan could have brought such emotions. I can hear Elvis singing, "Memories"...
