Vol 6. was Sunday 29/12/1974, it is my recording done on a Sony TC 800 reel to reel. Its a wonder that I got the machine past the bouncers. Two minutes in you can hear my cousin calling me. I have posted the track "Too Much Alcohol" on its own with some of my photos of Rory. Gone but not forgotten, Rory still much loved in his hometown Cork.

Ah, this is brilliant. I'm pretty sure I was at all of this concerts. Rory hit home town Cork every year immediately after Christmas causing major dandruff storms amongst us long haired yahoos for 2-3 nights running

4:59:11 - This version of What in The World is the best I have ever heard. That passionate, emotions is just incomparable with performance from bonus track on Live in Europe. It's such a shame that it wasn't recorded on sounboard or multitrack. If it was included on Live in Europe, in my opinion this could be one of the best track in his whole live discography.

I just love the way he starts out with a basic chord and it eventually becomes this raging storm of storm... Like everybody is wanting to run for cover so they don't get hit by the lightening. He was one amazing man! Andhdgave new meaning to jamming and letting the beat feed you! He left way too early. And I love his bass player

How did they manage to get some recording device in there? 1971/1974 they were biiiig or when smaller casette type of things they were crappy and mono. Recordings were done with magnetic tape afaik. Awesome that so many Rory bootlegs exist!
@7:16:40- this is the "Who's That Coming" that was used in the 1974 "Irish Tour '74" film. Haha it's kinda cool to be able to put a face to the music.
