Beautiful practice! It didn't feel at all like 1 hour. I started watching Bettina's videos in 2019 after 1+ year trying to conceive. One month later I fell pregnant. Now I'm back to these practices to get ready for the little brother 💙🧘♀️ Lots of love from Paris
Thank you so much Bettina, your soothing voice guiding the practice is healing and full of hope. I am trying naturally again after IVF and regaining trust in my body. I am strong and loved. Blessings…Lucia
Thank you Bettina for this grounding and calming class. I really loved the pace. It also helped me better understand the difference between open and closed twists and understand what I can do in my two week wait. So grateful for this clarity because it gives me much more permission to move with confidence!
THIS! This is everything I hoped to achieve with this class. Thank you for sharing your experience with it. I will definitely have to make more like this for sure. 🙏🏻💜
Hai mam, one hour is changing my(Life) mind.yes I was totally upset before doing this yoga after finishing up I was totally enjoy my mind.thank you so much mam.
Hi Bettina, Thank you for getting me back into yoga! I haven't done it in 2 years. Since Covid hit, I stopped and never thought I would enjoy an online class. I was wrong and am hooked. I am currently doing IVF abroad in Spain, which is when I discovered your series. My favorite is this one hour fertility yoga for all stages. I have been doing it daily. I do have one question. I just completed my second round of egg retrieval 2 days ago. This time I am experiencing quite a bit of bloating. I am still doing this hour class, but wondering if you suggest a different type of yoga poses? Thanks again! Lisa B
Hi Lisa, I’m glad you are enjoying my classes. I would avoid doing any poses that make your belly feel uncomfortable. I have other classes for during IVF / stims. Perhaps try those instead. Sending love and hope.
@@BettinaRae Thank you so much! I will try those classes. I love this hour one so hard to break away from that but I will give it a whirl. BTW, I just recommended your classes on the two fertility support groups/FB blogs that I belong to. I can't emphasize how much I enjoy the classes and that I am back in yoga. I hope to start your yoga during pregnancy soon! Take Good Care! Lisa B
@@BettinaRae i’m not working out at the moment and have a desk job. But i do try to go for walks everyday (2-3 times a week i do over 10,000 steps a day) and do a bit of cycling 2-3 times a week
Hello, thank you for sharing such wonderful videos. I wanted to ask 1) can we do Sarvangasana during the 2 week wait or if pregnant ? 2) can I do this yoga 5 days a week ? Thank you.
If you feel you have the energy for it, yes you can do this 5 days. If you’ve been regularly practicing prior to TTC, yes you can do shoulder stand during the tww.
@@taliawahnon7305 As long as you feel comfortable yes. Obviously still skipping any belly compression. I would personally be switching to a pregnancy specific class though as you start preparing for birth.
I have one question is this yoga for improvement in ovulation also?? N I want to conceive so is this good for that n for how many days I can do this yoga after my period???

Thank you so much for sharing my work 🙏🏻💜
Thank you - this was wonderful. How many times would you recommend to do this session in the pre-ovulation phase ?
It depends on what the rest of your life looks like. How busy are you? How much movement do you do in your average day?

@@jjj5772 Okay well perhaps try and do it every other day when you're not walking or cycling.
Thank you for this great video. Is it OK to do it after IVF frozen embryo transfer?
Yes just listen for the modifications for the two week wait. I’d also wait a couple of days post transfer before you start.
@@BettinaRae Thank you so much Bettina for your reply. I am waiting for my FET and hope it will work.

Is this safe for the first trimester as well? ☺️ I’m 7w now 🙏🏻
Yes you would just skip the section where we lay on the belly and stay in the option I give for those in the two week wait.
Bettina Rae thank you 💓

I’d wait a day or two. Or until you feel up to it anyway.
