Thank you for a very thorough, professional detailed review.I purchased the Mesa car seat for my daughter in law together with the Uppababy vista stroller system. I was advised to take the Nuna Pipa but I prefered not to use an adapter. However, the baby is big( she was born 9.5 pounds). She weighs 12 pounds at 9 weeks. Each time we need to put her in the car seat it's a complete struggle. We practically need to "fight " with the car seat. The main issue is that it seems like there is not enoughbelt to maneuver with. I seriously consider changing to the Pipa but i am afraid the store will not reimburse me. Any advice?
I find the Mesa “harder” than other car seats like Nuna. Not as plush/comfy, is this on purpose? Feels like a wall rather than a comfortable infant seat
