Great Tiger should've kept that black feather on his turbant from Super Punch-Out (Arcade). It makes the turbant look much better.

I always had trouble with Great Tiger. Especially in the NES version. So tricky!
It's SO easy to fight the new one once you know how

The trick is to have your hands up when he's doing the magic punch or look at the thing on his head everytime it shines hit him you'll get a star

I can show you some tips: 1. Great tiger has some tricky timing. His gem gives away his timing. 2. The transparent clones of him are fake, hit the one you can't see through. 3. In the last punch out version you see in this video, once he finishes his super sayain attack, use a triple-star punch to insta-knockdown great tiger in title defense mode.
Also, when he does the super sayain attack, he actually says this: "BATTLECRY!!!"

In the arcade version, Great Tiger was the sprite swap of Piston Hurricane from the previous game. In the NES version, he was the sprite swap of Von Kaiser.

One guy on youtube made an entire video on how much rules do each of the boxers break in Punch-Out Wii.
Aran Ryan has over 19 infractions while Great Tiger has like 8.
The Super Punch Out Manual states that there are absolutely no rules at all. So you could literally bring a gun or a chainsaw and they won't do anything.
