LAHSA's new interim housing option in South LA hopes to get homeless off public transit

The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority's Welcome Navigation Center in South LA has helped a dozen homeless people find permanent housing so far, and the pilot program is also working to get the unhoused off of public transit and into permanent homes.
