I'm glad you were able to fix your computer! I didn't notice any changes in video quality, but there were a couple of scenes in this video where your voice was over to the left, one of them was before you talked about the computer issues though but maybe it was something in editing? The first was right after the cleaning up montage, and the other was in the larger of the two bedrooms.
Yeah. After the montage and when showing off the green bedroom your voice was mono left instead of stereo. I listen with headphones so it was quite noticeable.

you didn’t get the prompt to assemble the curtains because you were still holding blinds in your hands. once you placed the blinds you switch back to empty hand mode, then you can assemble them. great reno btw!
Asking about technical issues but not sure if just me; as you were explaining the garage sounded stereo (approx 10:45) but switching over to larger of the 2 bedrooms (approx 11:00) almost sounded like switched to mono left channel for speech but game audio stayed on both channels and this happened a few other times in the video - hope this helps

To get points in the American garden you need a pool, outdoor cinema screen, lounges, table, chairs and a grill. You also need to plant more needle plants and grasses, lay gravel over most of the lawn and put in garden lights. I regularly get the max bonus doing this.

Also, I bet you could have gotten a few more points just by putting up a trampoline or swing set. 🤷♀️ still, gorgeous as always. You have a very good eye for interior design.
All this house flipper is awesome to watch but I sometimes wonder about kingdom's since it's been described as wels baby and its been 3 to 4 years
The house in the thicket has a very weird layout but I figure out the layout pretty easily. I had to demolish a couple of walls and a whole room.
I have 2 50" TV's in my bedroom, one for watching TV and one for my Xbox.

I really want to see you take on a property from either the Garden or Pets DLC and extend it. Even though I have found that building a new property on an empty lot is much easier. Alternatively, you could get a Garden DLC property, do it up, then build another one on the same plot, and see how much you get for both of them!
I just did that house and had so much fun with it. Ended up selling it for a $100,000 profit 😅

In some segments of the video your voice was only in the left ear but the background music was in both ears
Missed your videos. I saw the twitter thread and am glad your computer is back up and running.
I will say there were some weird moments with the sound balancing in this one. For example after the jump from the garage to discussing the bedroom and weird window curtain bug at 10:50 suddenly the left channel is ever so slightly ahead of the right channel and it realigns at 12:37 at the next cut.
I thought it was my headphones at first but it happens a couple of times in the video and always on full scenes. Maybe a remnant of the old components dying, maybe a slight tweak needed in the new settings. But just thought I would say something since that can induce headaches for people.

Correct, lawn mowing is from the Garden DLC (and yes, I do have all the DLC).
Why is voice only in my left ear on this video?
I didn't see a difference in quality, granted I'm still on a twelve year old laptop. Why replace what not entirely broke, memory leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeak. :P
