Steve, the time you spend doing these videos is some of the best fuel any racer could ask for to keep people interested. You are fun to watch, and the stories you share in the videos are like nothing else anyone is doing in drag racing today. Keep doing what you're doing! When I see you, I see a drag racer who is truly living the dream. Much respect.
Third time watching this video always enjoy it. Mike Wood taught me everything about nitrous Racing for 30 years. Still get to go real fast at age 61, thanks again for your videos.
Thank you Stevie, I really like you giving credit to all you partners in crime. That is very respectful of you and why I keep watching! It blows my mind how fast you got that car going so awesome!!
I love the nitrous! Reminds me of the first time we hooked it up in my dads '90 mustang. Turned down the timing and forgot to put back in the spout connector, It popped and sputtered. Pulled over and popped the hood and reconnected it. Took off sideways with 4 guys in it grinning from ear to ear. Almost hit a dog. Never forget that,
LOL, I was thinking the exact same thing LMFAO - (also, to the others, nice one on getting a Haney joke in there, LoL --- I love that promod is progressively doing better to the point where names are becoming more 'household' so to speak, that's really awesome and encouraging for the sport to say the least! + if Keith were to have read the joke that was made, I know he'd laugh, so good sh*t all day long!)
super super cool to see my photo of Marcus from LO11 as the thumbnail on this one.. always love your videos, Stevie. thanks for taking the time to put these together.
Stevie Fast is the most exciting guy to watch in the sport of drag racing. Any car this guy touches breaks records. Props to him for being humble giving credit to everyone that helped too.
Thanks for being as open with us as you can not to mention informative and entertaining! Every minute you share with us is appreciated. Good luck on your season!
Extremely humble and smart. He gives thanks to all that have helped him. I actually feel like I actually him watching his videos. Outstanding young man. Loved the music. Perfect.
Super stoked to see you guys getting everything back together! Also, really enjoyed the way you told the story! Usually most people post some 5-minute video explaining, well to be honest, basically NOTHING OR just talking about how part x broke and they're going to mag it every 2 passes and cycle it out every 20 runs instead of every 30 runs (or something along those lines, just making a example) and that's it...no real information or detail.. Now here, I LOVE that you put a few of the important backstories in with history of you and others (Billy, Marcus, etc.) personal experiences and racing experiences/programs and straight-up telling what happened and all in an awesome and seamlessly spoken story! ...and to drive the point home (more than is necessary, but what the hell, lol -- I have some family that are into drag racing and some that aren't (neither really follow it much anymore or at all) BUT I send them videos from your channel all the time and they REALLY enjoy the way stories are told, the tech-side, the tree-chopping side (😂), tearing apart a torque converter and so on...so yeah, just keep being you! It's DEFINITELY helping the sport, it makes people smile and it's great content for all. 😊🤘🏻🤘🏻
Great video, Steve! I can't usually sit through these long videos, but this was informative and entertaining. Great job! We the fans and drag racing itself, thanks you for all you do for the sport.
Stevie, we appreciate all your videos and the time you take to do them. I can’t wait to see the donkey stomp gap you’re about to bring unto the competition!
Stevie. I know you do too but I hope to see you have the opportunity to turn the screws on a fuel car at some point. As an ex-tuner I believe one can have all the knowledge in the world but a strong intuition is the key. That ability to look at a complex problem (the tuneup), where many of the variables don't readily contain a value to plug in to the equation and come up with the solution is what sets the average crew chief apart from the great ones. You got that, man
I am so glad I finally made it to SGMP this year. You put on a hell of a show, sorry that Birt’s car took flight. Hopefully you will get a chance to show them all what it can do. Good luck
Love all the technical information you share. You are a beast behind the wheel of that rocket ship !! Looking forward to seeing you at the track here in Florida.
This is awesome to hear about nitrous combinations. The last 5 years they seem to be behind the times with blown or turbo combos. I would love to see what could happen.
I wont say who (but it'll be partially obvious, lol) I was talking with various single and multi-car teams/drivers I know up at the MWPMS in Tulsa last weekend and I brought up how much I love the fact that (since no one is doing anything about some of the BS rules and/or the whining about parity) that you and your guys are are making needed changes and so on with various sanctioning bodies happen by saying you're going to do something and going out there doing it, thus 'single-handedly' making better competition, weight changes, and so on and so on...and quite literally EVERY group of drivers, owners and crew I was talking with ALL agreed... hell, you can see them light up with excitement knowing they will be able to haul ass in the NHRA and so on because of what you and the people you work with are doing behind the scenes and on social media like TH-cam 🤘🏻
Stevie this video is excellent. Would be awesome to see more of this with current races and even better would be go back and talk about the grudge racing days. Podcast would be great too.
Never paid that much attention in school before. Didn't know Stevie Fast was tuning an opponents car while racing against the field? Huh, anyway, super cool and just subbed to see some killer progress with Da Sauce...
Great video Stevie. I have always been a fan of nitrous cars. To see you get so excited about nitrous racing is awesome. I think you should put together your own big tire nitrous car and make a statement.
When I was young I was very lucky because I had a nitrous guru teaching me. His name was Ron Hamil. R.I.P. thought me slot and to this day I'm very grateful because internet was in its infancy so if you didn't know someone it was trial and error.
Since the 78 before everyone knew what NOS was in Dixie. 80's was great for me. Now folk are LS/turbo and act like nos is bad voodoo. Well just hooked up with Nitrous Outlet in my BBChevy street old Corvette body. Loving puter. I was use to switches in a stick car. Love you real world test//tune/common sense video! Plus Sportsmanship in this video. Well I'm 67 yrs old and sub...never too late to learn more..lol! Knew Mike before fogger or energy drinks...lol!
I love that you take a rival's car and get it running nearly a half second faster just so you wouldn't have to slow down your blower car. Stevie Fast could pour sugar in my gas tank and I'd pick up a tenth.
Awesome thing you have done for the sport an for Marcus. You could have kept winning being a few tenths faster than everybody else, but they would have kept trying to slow you down.. Whats the fun in that. You showed the world what us nitrous lovers already knew... Nitrous is just as competitive as any other power adder.. Its all in the tuners hands! The most bad ass thing about it all is you got them handicapped twin turbo cars scrambling to try and get back competitive with ya blowers an nitrous cars...thats awesome to me bacuse they already at an advantage havin 2 turbos thats 2 power adders In my OPINION. I Can not wait till the tracks reopen! I cant wait to see you take that nitrous car an shadow 2.0 in the 3.40s Keep them gorilla 🔥🔥 litt!! 💪
Whenever he said he called he called a "non competitive " team to see if he could find a car i soooooo thought I was going to hear a VERY top notch Keith Haney joke after that lol. Stevie I cannot wait to see you guys run in Valdosta at your next event. Please keep the videos coming. #KTRFORLIFE
it isn't that you're kickin' everyone's %#! that has ever talked smack or that you talk the talk and AND you walk the walk, it's because of your charisma, openness, honesty and transparency that is why we're here Stevie. Even though I know you jammed me out of that sweet 16 trip jonesing for cheese balls and you ate the #30 ball I aint hatin' on you, I been there, I used to float them little suckers in my ramen. I get it man I get it, but jeeeez just cuz deep down you have a very real fear of me getting anywhere near ur hot rod did you really have to go to such lengths ? It would've been quick and painless, one trip down the 1/8 to show my sweety I still got what it takes and I promise I'd have given you the keys back...... Keep living the dream Stevie, yeah we wish we were you but at the same time you're our guy and we dig you. You, Nitro and ur whole team. Thank you for all the hard work and effort !!
Yet another awesome behind the scenes video, you spoke about the weight being off on Marcus crash pass, could you do a video about weight placement on the car, cheers 👍
Malcolm Reynolds especially when the cars are doing burnouts or running and they ramp up the music 50%, i watch videos for the content but seems like everybody adds some cheesy music while talking and cars are racing. Who watches drag racing/stories for music anyway?
Love the stories man. I am so bummed I won’t get to see you race at Bandimere. They postponed the race and I am unable to reschedule my vacation. Hopefully I can see you run at Zmax.

Scott Russell I totally agree. Stevie is by far one of my favorite guys to watch and listen to.
great info. lose the background music next time, though. it would be easier to hear Stevie talk without it. thanks. :)
my mann...👍
Totally agree, Music needs to go, but great Video. And it's so good to see someone giving prase to people who do a lot of work.
The man, the myth, the legend. We all started by making them flames. From lumberjack to pizza salesman. Keep them coming

I feel like a little kid with my feet swinging off the chair during “Story Time with Stevie Fast”
Wait, does this what Keith Haney feels like all the time?
Curtis Hodges I’m dead 🤣
Thank GOD somebody landed a Keith Haney joke from this video lol. It's greatly appreciated sir lol.
+ if Keith were to have read the joke that was made, I know he'd laugh, so good sh*t all day long!)

im an all motor N/A guy. I follow Stevie and his inside tuning techniques. It does filter down to my racing program. I love this Guy!
If Doc would get somebody like Stevie to tune his car he would be a force to reckon with
I have said that for a long time. If doc could learn how to tune a nitrous motor nobody would even come close to him.
Stevie Fast is the most exciting guy to watch in the sport of drag racing. Any car this guy touches breaks records. Props to him for being humble giving credit to everyone that helped too.

Damb! Wish there was a Stevie Fast school of tuning, unfknbelivable!!!
Super stoked to see you guys getting everything back together!

This is like my 4th time listening to this. It's just such a badass story, I mean you don't get anymore badass.

Great job man. Keep 'em comin'. I jump on a Stevie Fast video as soon as it comes out.
th-cam.com/video/0rbjpuYeJZk/w-d-xo.html
Music is too loud and distracting from the engine noise. NEATO race car.
Can we say.. F’N LEGEND!! I got Stevie for the GAAAP
This is awesome to hear about nitrous combinations. The last 5 years they seem to be behind the times with blown or turbo combos. I would love to see what could happen.
Stevie I would love to see you go back to a nitrous combo. With Your knowledge you would be unstoppable
Stevie Jackson is the baddest Nitrous Man on the planet
Very interesting that you are so involved in that project. Respect.
th-cam.com/video/0rbjpuYeJZk/w-d-xo.html
We should thank You for making nitrous great again!
Hands down the best videos S.Jackson 💪🏻

Of course _Tim Taylor_ was the right guy to consult to add more power to that S10.
I still cry inside when I think of his Nomad getting crushed...
Dude I could listen to you talk like this all day.
Stevie this video is excellent. Would be awesome to see more of this with current races and even better would be go back and talk about the grudge racing days. Podcast would be great too.

You are a bad bad man!! Loving the videos lately
If a car could run on chicken piss, Stevie Jackson would figure how to make it win. That's because he's a winner, a professional, and a very bad man.

A video in regards to RVW trim, how many places/options on the car you have for weight balance and how much it comes in to play
Drop the 80s soul train noise in the background
Malcolm Reynolds especially when the cars are doing burnouts or running and they ramp up the music 50%, i watch videos for the content but seems like everybody adds some cheesy music while talking and cars are racing. Who watches drag racing/stories for music anyway?
Love the stories man. I am so bummed I won’t get to see you race at Bandimere. They postponed the race and I am unable to reschedule my vacation. Hopefully I can see you run at Zmax.
Nitrous combos are bad ass
4:45 Accumulated knowledge and taking notes, and keeping them for reference is not nerd quality. That's called being intelligent!
That right there, is a great example to be and to follow.

I can't decide what the best part of it is though.......story time with Stevie........how to win with a nitrous car.......or the part that is adding to your legacy and making you a legend in drag racing aka how to keep your blower program (man racing) by showing your competitors how to go fast so the whining committee doesn't pile weight on the hemi !!
Next can you please build a 405 sesame street legal blower car with somebody so you can show the world that group is all clowns ?
Mr. FAST FTW! (great stuff)
