IOTA TALK: The Dialogue between Chalcedonian and Oriental Orthodox Churches | Christine Chaillot

The official theological dialogue between the Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Orthodox Churches (also called Chalcedonian and Non Chalcedonian, in reference to the Council of Chalcedon in 451), has for different reasons been stuck for a long time. This dialogue can continue through practical and pastoral dialogues and at certain regional levels. Also, through associations such as IOTA, qualified theologians of both the Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Orthodox Churches can help for the revival of this Dialogue by thinking and sharing together and writing about what can be done, how, where and with whom, theologically, intellectually and practically.
