Ohayogozaimasu Ryusei! :) Your chicken chashu ramen looks amazing and very delicious! I am still trying to get the perfect ramen egg, but I need more practice. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Arigato! :D
You deserve a much larger following. Your content is extremely thoughtful and well made. I'll watch anything you put out because it always looks amazing and simple to replicate for even the most inexperienced of chefs. Great work, keep it up!

Thank you for watching carefully. Yes, although sake and mirin are necessary for japanese food, I hope a lot of people enjoy Japanese food! I’m very happy to your comment😊. Thank you! I keep making videos!
Interesting. I like making tonkotsu ramen at home with pork belly chashu. I have one or two friends who can’t eat pork.. now I can make them a tori paitan ramen with chicken chashu
I had this style of chicken with Ramen in Shibuya last year. It was the first time I've eaten chicken breast this way, it was absolutely amazing. Now that I know what it is, I'll definitely try this recipe. Thanks so much for sharing.
Yes, Ramen is so loved and this way what I introduced is so simple! Chashu is written 焼豚 in kanji. This means grilled pork, so normal chashu is made with pork and we grill the pork and simmer. But this chicken is also called chashu in Japan!
Please keep posting recipes. Many others need to discover your channel.
Yes, I keep posting! Thank you so much! I'm very glad that you said😄

Use a meat thermometer to assure chicken is 155-160. Hold it at this temp for 3-4 minutes and you’re safe.
Thank you for teaching me! I’ll try your way. Thank you!
