I’m all for getting a tackle but one isn’t available, you need BOTH a WR and a LT so are you going to pass up on one because you don’t have the other? No GET BRANDON AIYUK AND DRAFT A LT WITH YOUR FIRST ROUNDER not that difficult of a path to figure out
When he has 30 receptions and 2 touchdowns after week 12, he won't be a problem. Lol. He will shoot his way out of town. Divas want the ball, and the Pats lack of a line and Quarterback aren't getting him the ball.

@@timothypatch5080 I guess when I trade the Number 1 pick for 3 firsts and a second and build a team, you can spend the next decade in mediocrity with the number 6 pick. Wide Receiver, Running back and Defensive back are the last positions that any rebuild should ever begin with. By the time you are good, they are breaking down. You need at least a semi functional offense before discussing a WR. The Pats offense is going to be a paper bag over the head bad this season. Adding a diva wide receiver will get a first year head coach fired.

If the Patriots pay Ayiuk for 4-5 years long term deal we would have our WR1 for the future. Young WR1s don't hit the market often. We would also have a young WR core around him in Polk, Baker, Pop, Osborn, etc. The only gap would be to solve the line through free agency and the draft next year. Assuming Drake Maye works out we could completely turn around our offense by the start of next year. Throw the kitchen sink for Ayiuk.
We also had frameworks in place for Hopkins and then Ridley. Talk to me when the deal actually happens.

Future Pats 1st round pick has more value than Cleveland's. Rather use future 1st rounder to take LT next year. Other teams' cuts by the end of preseason might drop LT in your lap. Rebuilding is tough, impatients just hinders rebuild.

Patriots just invested 37th pick and a 4th rounder on WR and signed KJ osborn. We have Pop , JuJu, Bourne,Thorton , Reagor (former 1st rnd pick) Boutte, Polk and Baker. We need to play this year out see what we have and invest in Mayos vision year 2 . Let Judon go and forget Brandon A
Stud tackle more valuable to Pats than WR.
We don't need a stud tackle we a reliable and durable tackle. Name all stud tackle for any team last and see how many super bowl they won and KC wins with cast off

Lord please don't let the Pats trade for him. We need all our future assets. Build from the ground. Even if it takes 3 years... take the time. He isn't even a top 5 receiver. Fans seem so desperate for a #1 Wide Receiver. I'd say... let's play out this season to see what we have and draft accordingly

Sucking is never the answer. Fans lose interest and it creates a loser morale and environment for players. Always keep the foot on the gas, like the Bruins do. Patriots sucked last year, got their blue chip potential franchise QB. Now win as many football games as possible. Not making an effort to win and acceptance of getting blown out and embarrassed usually never turns out good.
@@chrsatumo9 they will likely want a 2nd and 4th and Kendrick Bourne and/or Judon. Aiyuk isn't even a top 5 receiver in this league. He isn't even the number one option on his team. This isn't Tyreek Hill, Justin Jefferson, Jamar Chase, Devonta Adams, or AJ Brown, or CeeDee Lamb.

Lol. Aiyuk had 1300 yards and was absolutely the 49ers no.1 option in the pass game. If we can get him its a miracle and the Pats 100% should. Drake Maye looks awful and is a total gamble pick. Adding Aiyuk could save him like Diggs did for Allen. Sadly, Amari Cooper makes way more sense for SF. If it's a 1st, it's a 1st.

what the hell is the point of getting a brandon aiyuk when we dont' have qb. drake maye is developing and brisett is just a stop gap guy. i'd wait untl we get a proven qb because a receiver isn't going to worth much to the team if the qb can't get him the ball
It’s called building a team. Before mahommes they had Alex. Before hurts they wentz, foles. Before Purdy they had grappolo. QBs can get replaced later on. You’re trying to build something now just in case you want to sign or draft a qb later

Numbers 2’s don’t put up 1300 yards receiving he clearly a 1 🤷🏾♂️
On a stacked team he had 75 catches 1342 yards 7 TD's with a PFF grade of 92.3 those are #1 numbers. He's improved every year and in his prime at 26 I wouldn't pay more than 25 though.

Titles are great, but any player who chooses a ring over a bag of money is stupid and will be used by a team and then discarded. Titles only matter when you AREN'T being paid.
Please, NO! Aiyuk will cost the Pats a first round pick, and I am afraid his arrival will demoralize the new, young, WR Corp that we have already. The team is building something from the ground up and they need that first round pick for an o-line guy. Plus, he'll want a cargo ship of money. It would be a Bad Move!

Great!!! Getting Aiyuk and having a mediocre at best QB passing the ball with no line to block is a minor upgrade of Davante Parker! I like Aiyuk but he will not be successful till Pats address the line

He's worth the money when you don't have a wr of his caliber and you have all the cap space to spend.. what does it matter? You want to develop a qb that you selected 3rd overall. Go get the weapons for him. You can improve the tackle next year, no one is trading tackles atm.
