Recently I face issue when I start car in panal honda logo appears and get stuck after restarting panel it goes off,,, did anyone face this issue ,, 2021 model civic
There are various issues in Civic head unit and I guess different models have different issues. My Civic 2018 head unit is so slow that it takes ages to load apps like Google maps or TH-cam. When I start the car, sometimes it starts radio, sometimes it is camera, sometimes it is something else. Sometimes it shows Honda logo like you mentioned.
or please tell me which android version you are using on mobile, because my phone is not showing screen sharing
This video was made when I had phone with Android 6. The method in this video does not work on my current phone which has Android 12.

Brother I factory restarted my civics infotainment system now the navigation or apps like play store is not there
When I factory restore I get play store but navigation is not there. The navigation app installer is on car Android system drive. I will see if I can find location for you. Otherwise you can ask Tracking World or Honda for help.

Hi ... if you know ..... can you please let me know how to factory reset the unit ? There are two locations one is in the android settings and other is in car settings. Secondly my major concern is that after reset will i need to get the tracking world navigation reinstalled and play store or everything will restore automatically ? ..... reason for this reset is one of the media apps i want to use is not working .....
Hi.. I did reset of my unit recently. I think I used car settings. For my Civic 2018, play store and navigation are still available. I have used play store after reset without any problem. I have not used navigation after reset but the Nav button is still available so I guess it is there.
One issue is that my phone heats up a lot when phone screen is displayed on car screen. So I cannot keep the screen mirroring on for long.
Did you try android 10 phone...?

Civic 2018 mai already hota hai. Not sure about new models. Easyconnected new Android ke saath nahi chalta. Ye video Android 6 wale phone ke saath banai thi.

@@ahmedhussain9645 I think the power button is on top left of infotainment system. First press of this button enables low brightness mode suitable for night. Second press turns off the infotainment system. Then you can press it again to turn on infotainment system. However I am not 100% sure if this is equal to a reboot, or just a screen off and on thing.
I have done factory reset of infotainment system multiple times. I can't recall if it asked for a password. But you may try 0000 or 1234 as password. The navigation software is not available after factory reset and it needs to be re-installed. The installer is available on a folder of infotainment system. I will try to find the location of installer for you. I don't use Honda navigation system so I don't bother about it.

If you are trying to mirror the Android screen on latest Android version I am afraid this may not work as Civic has pretty old Android version.

My Civic 2018 has Android 4.4.
they charge so much and give you the worst possible system .. sometime when you turn on the car the system wont start so we need to re start the damm car...usb playlist needs magical touch and volume is another genius idea of honda, lets not even toouch the volume topic.
Very true. The hardware and Android version are ancient. So very slow as a result. Honda doesn't offer an upgrade (probably they know the upgrade will not work on this hardware).
