This thing is fast in the water and fun to watch but unfortunately it doesn't clean much 😂. Basically it's a fun novelty
I bought one, it died after 3 months. No real reason. Called the company, after a couple emails back and forth, they sent me a label to send back the dead unit and shipped me a new unit. Back in action. Works well in my small pool.

I had the older model it worked good. It's never going to be as good as you doing yourself, but for small pools it does the job and saves time👍
It’s like all robotic cleaners with 1 major flaw, they always cause an underwater bow wave & push a lot of debris out of the way & the rear propeller/jet stirs whatever is behind it. We have a robotic cleaner, love it but now & then I’ll run a suction cleaner just to get any fine debris better

From what I heard, it doesn't clean up everything off the pool floor, but it picks up enough that the rest could be brushed down the main drain.

i don't know , i prefer with the vacuum hose from the skimmer , just buy the in-line Pool Leaf Canister with Large Plastic Mesh Basket & Mesh Bag and you will see the difference

The movement pattern doesn't make any sense to me
Does it work with a shallow and deep end pool? Mine is in-ground at 18'x30' and has an 8' deep end and 3' shallow end.

Is it just me or does that model seem less efficient than other models you’ve reviewed, at cleaning the pool?
One porblem i faced is that the charging port get corroded very easily and then stops charging.

I purchased Aiper Seagull SE pool cleaner in May 2022, but stopped working in August 2023, so I got the exchange based on the 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, it also stopped working in September 2024, which means I spent or waste $216.49 only for the use of 16 months period. Maybe I should said I am lucky because it could be only 1 year if the cleaner stopped working after 12 months! lol
Believe me, I maintained the cleaner very well following the instructions.

How do you know if it’s filled with debris and it’s time to take out and clean it?
Looks like a fun toy but hard to see advantage over a suction side robotic vacuum? With my traditional vacuum I don’t have to charge the device, I don’t have to retrieve it to empty it, it sucks all debris into filter including fine dirt and algae. Can handle large wind storm messes and runs as long as I run the pump. Thanks for sharing as I like the content/idea of cordless robotic vacuum
Can you please recommend which other vacuum would be good. What did you mean by "my traditional vacuum" ?
you forgot tangles all the time, doesn't clean evenly. Theres a reason people who can afford to, replaced them.
@@99Plastics I suppose that may be true but that’s not my experience with the Pentair Rebel. It covers my entire pool well and I don’t have problems with the tangling. The only issue I have is with the left drive gears wearing out every 12-18 months or so but they are easy to replace.
@@nafihaque9340 sorry just found your post. I have had great luck with Pentair Rebel. Traditional meaning powered by the pool pump. Either suction side of pump or by outlet side of pump.
Yeah, that's a hard pass for me. But at least you're not hawking 1 sq foot parcels of land somewhere in Scotland for sale that come with fake lordship titles like so many other TH-camrs are currently doing!
Why is there no cover for the charging port?
Does it have to be a certain amount of water in the pool for it to work?
I have this and it gets stuck on everything! My pool bottom is flat had someone install it, it gets stuck on leafs
How does it do with small, small debris and sand??

It picks up sand and bugs well I have one
Fully charged last about 45 min. MAX.
That’s not enough time to clean pool since it kind of goes where it wants.

It shows how is working but not any feedback, but looks like is not really good cleaner

I do t like rechargeable robots. Mine is tethered and can run for over 3 hrs. Also I can use the cord to pull the robot back when it’s finished

Here's an idea. Make it so you can control it from your phone, like a remote control car. Then the kids can be cleaning the pool. More efficient than the way this thing seems to navigate itself. Pretty useless in my opinion.
Work tomorrow only 2 months. I hace red light and bleu light flashing. The sais sumerbible but nothing else to troubleshoot the problem. Very desapointed

Just bought one of these and it took forever to pass into the middle of the pool where all the dirt was. Not to impressed at all. Did notice when it finally passed a spot, most blew around it.
90mins and it couldn’t finish the job!? Add a mapping function and it should finish the job within that time frame. A wired version of this might be even better actually. Making it wireless a bit useless and time-consuming.

Run as fast as you can from this company. The unit doesn’t clean anything and the company is horrible to deal with
Why wouldn't they make it with a remote control like an RC that way you control the cleaning area and make the job quicker from the top surface and tell this company to send me a check for making this product 1000 times better and add bigger brushes,add speed levels like low-medium-high, Auto/manual only then will it be #1Best of the Best...7/15/2023 I'll be expecting contact from this company ASAP!

This looks like it would take forever. No pattern. Looks totally random. I guess if I truly didn’t want to do it myself and wanted my pool clean in about 3 days then yeah.
There is something off with this company. Do your research.
