I’ve had 2 Aiper seagull pro. Neither work. I read 50 or more complaints from other customers citing the same issues that I am having. Don’t waste your money and time.
Lol I like how on the third day which shows results, he has added chems to the pool, why didn't you add the chems at the start so it started off clear, without this false hype that the cleaner magical cleared a green pool on the third day. My cleaner will actually fill the basket up solid with green sludge but doesn't clear the pool up. This requires chlorine and algaecide to fix it. A true test on robot cleaner woild be to show how much stuff it will pick up in a clean pool, or run a cleaner through a dusty pool to see how much dust that can get kicked up instead of being filtered through the basket.
In 11m x 5.5m x 1.5m (average) pebblecrete pool, it is fabulous. Initially, the basket needs emptying regularly but now it is a dream using it twice or 3 times a week. Filters 300l per min. or 54,000l per 3 hour session (theoretically. 300l x 60m x 3hr ) The water has never been clearer, and it is almost zero time-consuming. Been using it for two months or so.
I purchased this robot $799.99. 3 month later battery is not charging, customer service is the worst. No phone line to call only email support and 3 days waiting a reply and no answer.
