Floor rust removal and subfloor installation bus conversion part 3

Our bus floor wasn’t too rusted and luckily it was a thick metal floor so we had something to work with without replacing the metal.
we went with 1 1/2 foam board insulation on the floor with a 7.5 r value and 5/8 plywood on top.
From past experience if you don’t insulated the floor it will take forever to get warm in the winter and in summer it will let a lot of heat in especially when driving from the engine heat flowing under the floor in a front engine bus
