You are right, they rip up klms of road at a time inconvenience everyone, stick metal manhole covers all over the place in the roads, that are uneven with the road, that joint in the middle of the road turns into a motorbike trap when the two sections of road start to move, then if your in town where I am there been blocking up Uturn areas and relocating them to the traffic lights or 20m before in some cases creating a build up of traffic that one wants to uturn the second wanting to turn right, the critical thinking in this country leaves a lot to be desired.
