Great video Hajime. I saw some of your other videos and was wondering how you launched and where you launched out of. I'll be moving to Tokyo in January and want to bring my Hobie Tandem Island with me. Have you ever taken the kayak towards that area? If so, how one transport it around the city? Should I sell mine here and simply buy one when I get there or are the prices higher? My job would pay for all household transportation fees and I'm thinking of putting this think in as part of my goods. I have many questions and any information that you can help me out would be greatly appreciated.

Since the road traffic law in Japan is strict, the only means to carry a large kayak like Tandem Island is to mount it on the rooftop of a large car. Another possible option is to entrust the boat to a boat house of the nearest marina, though it would require some cost. I just purchased some new rods and reels and still have time to return them. Since most of my stuff is from Daiwa or Shimano, would you suggest I return them here and wait to purchase them in Japan? I'm talking specifically about the Daiwa Catalina/Isla and the Daiwa Saltiga 4000H.

I was wondering how you made the cart handle long enough to reach when the cart is in place. Is it adjustable in length? Thanks.
