Thanks for this interview. I like your questions and your ability to let people talk. Jorg, and the whole FS community, is moving us forward with a wonderful product. I love the term “digital tourist”. That’s exactly how I feel when flying in MSFS! I am immersed in a world where I can visit anywhere, in VR no less! Like thousands of us “simmers”, I see the world as a beautiful place to visit and enjoy. I’m too old and poor to travel to the amazing locations, but MSFS makes it happen for me!
Loved this interview! Jorg is truly a visionary, and I can't wait to see what the future of flight sim will bring. I only wish more will see this going forward.
Love that this dude is a gamer too, he understands how important the details are and what a good interface looks like. Also super interesting about enabling the most passionate parties like bush pilots or the coast guard to plug in and make content in the future regarding missions
My 6 years old system no longer cuts it. I'm going to build a new PC once the new CPUs and GPUs are available in a few months. This one will be geared completely towards FS2024 with ideal specs! So much for passion.
Your new system 110% WILL NOT ENOUGH :))) may be only if you play as dinasaur on flat screen. Everyone use VR. And i guess 6090 will not enough to play on full settings :)
@@nauvofact993 you are insane VR is very niche market only 10% of people in ms20 use VR "The developers of Microsoft Flight Simulator revealed that 10% of users play exclusively using VR headsets." google that dude and stop talking nonsense.
It will not be an option at all for people with bad internet since now most of it will be streamed from the cloud. Not hating on the simulator, just the reality of things.
Really interesting video. Although, it’s great more detail is getting put in. For my standpoint, as a flight simmer. I wish the detail was being put in the flight aspect of the sim, instead of the ground and visual world. The focus here seems to be putting in more detail on the ground. Which isn’t really what simulating flight is all about. It’s about the planes, the aviation. Realism within the aircraft I wish was the core goal for MFS.
Cool! He was inspired by RDR2 graphics! But why commission Asobo for MSFS2020, MSFS2024, Jorg? You could simply hire Rockstar? You have all the Microsoft moolah. Now your company owns Bathesda and Activision. Change is good. I have nothing against Asobo, though. They’re doing their very best. But come on, man! 🤓
The biggest problem is that everything looks fake beneath 1000 feet. All the autogen houses are wrong, the trees aren't true to the real trees. What is even the point? Might as well just scroll through Google Street View if you are into digital tourism.
This is what I’m saying too. The roofs of houses is accurate, however the house structure, walls are way off. They made some a garage. There’s an old saying “ is this look good?” Yes from my house it looks good.
Jorg's mindset needs to be cherished and shared.
I wish most game teams had such an open, sain mind

Totally agree.😊 I feel much the same.

Jorg is such a cool guy, can't wait for MSFS2024 and do all kind of missions.

Great interview! 👍🏾
I'm hoping that they give some more attention to airports in the Caribbean instead of auto-generated buildings
I would like to see non combat military missions in career mode.
there's definitely a market for it
Good one Parris👍🏼
The MFS community is the greatest thing in the history of all game platforms ✌🏻✈️

Why reupload?

Be reasonable to have exact buildings from all over the world!!! dude you looking at year 2150 not now.
Everythink that you need to know about MSFS 2024 - 5090 os not enough to play on max settings in VR. 110%!!!
