I tried this at the range today and then transferred it to the course for my round. It worked brilliantly, putting a broken bit of tee in front of my ball on the range and aiming for that instead of the ball really improved my ball striking. Thank you so much👍👍
Left-handed Ex-motorcycle rider. Opposite direction of revving the engine. LH so I just had to change accellerating to decelerating on the lead wrist. You trying to create slicers Pete? Out here confusing everybody 😅😝 It was a great drill idea. I HAVE to try it now. Seems like it promotes a draw bias? Love it.
Peter. You have never ridden a motorcycle. Your wrist direction is directly decelerating the motorcycle. Not reving. Also only one motorcycle in the world has a throttle accelerator on the left hand grip. A 1920 American made Indian. They changed it fast. But we get it. Great video. Very helpful and very funny.
thanks pete!! i just learned to do this with my left wrist and it has made a world of difference!!!…. now i just have to learn how to repeat everything it takes to make a good golf swing over and over…. easy😂😂😂🤪🤪🤪🤪🧐
Some right handed people will struggle with bowing, or flattening the left wrist. Cocking the right wrist back will give you the same result. Most amateurs only cock the wrists up. This puts the club across the line, at the top, and also puts a huge cup in the left wrist. Concentrate on cocking the wrists BACK. This will be a strange feeling, but it will also be an aha moment for most people.
Is it just me or have Hack motion really stepped up their game in sending devices to every TH-cam golfer at the moment, people using them on every channel right now
Peter you are becoming by fsr my Go To for e tertainment and tutorials. You've really grown into the TH-cam Space with grace. Love it. Cheers. Off for a curry.
You have the greatest over the top swing ever, hahaha, I love it, and of course, because that was me at one point in my crazy golf career. So funny, man. but so true!
US motorcycles rev on the right hand, but that's OK. T he stick over the top is a game changer! Great idea. I am going to help my new-to-golf friends with that drill. Fantastic way to drill the in-to-out path into the body memory.
Yoooo. This video is crazy. I’ve always been over the top swinger and I can’t fix it. I just tried focusing on true lead wrist flexion at impact (drill 2) for the first time in my life. I recorded my swing from DTL and my over the top motion was gone!!!!!! Amazing.
I just realized this is for irons only. Is this swing path and wrist flexion somewhat similar to the driver and woods? Except not hitting down but hitting up? Hopefully there is a video that goes into driver with this same drill/concept.
Hi Peter, isn't is likewise possible to bow the right wrist installiert of Streichung the left one ? To me this is mich easier... Regards from Hamburg Michael
Watching this just reminded me of the vid I just saw with you and Rick 6 yrs ago at St George's Hill where you were (sorry about this Pete) carrying less " timber" and no beard but the moves are the same..... don't know if it's a good thing looking back but it's funny for us lol...🌟🎊🤩🥳
I’m doing a Mod on my Harley. Moving my throttle left side. Hopefully my brain doesn’t stop braining and I must learn to rev in reverse. Wish me luck. 😂. Update. Didn’t work. My golf swing still crappy. Bike is safe. Didn’t go.
My £11 56 degree Slazzy snapped at the hozzle the other day while at the driving range. Duff man. Capital D Unrelated, I now have a great alignment stick
You dont need any other advice to learn to hit your irons. The information given here in 10 mins is all you need. Teaching to come from the inside with a downward blow, bowed left wrist with your hands infont of the club driven by the lower body first. Thanks Pete
What is it with all the motorcycle pedants and accelerating 🤷♂️🤷♂️ take the gist of the tip and stop banging on about whether it’s accelerating or decelerating. Jeez….
Tell me you've never ridden a motorcycle without telling me you've never ridden a motorcycle... Love the video, Pete!
I was sitting here hoping I wasn't the only one going.. "huh?" :P It's more of a wringing action like squeezing water from a towel.
It’s called the ‘reverse motorcycle move’. He forgot the ‘reverse’ part. You’re right, his description of revving a motorcycle was ignorant.
@@Not.Satoshihe’s right if you’re sitting on the handlebars looking backwards, maybe Pete is just a trick biker😂
So glad I'm not the only one going "huh, he's never ridden a motorbike" lol
These videos are more helpful than anything else I have found on TH-cam. Thank you Peter!
At 2:15 on the final “No” my nephew thought i was shouting at him and started to cry. 😂. You’ve got some explaining to do Mr Finch. 😜😂

Unrevving👌😂😂
Great now I need to go range haha
Sat on my bike. Tried revving by flexing left wrist. Didn’t move. 😂
Try sitting on the handlebars facing backwards, works a treat.
Haha I’m a lefty

This is a great video to understand shallowing - and some key basics! Will check out the drill soon
Many thanks, Pete. Never had a better range session than I did today while I practiced bowing my lead wrist.

Great episode today Pete, content instruction, visual aids, excellent, thank you.

Amazing lesson! Thank you.

Makes complete sense to me. Thanks Pete

Thanks Pete! I currently have a hook & thin problem, will this still help my issue?
Pete demoing my swing at 0:15 felt personal
Thanks Pete from the USA

Anyone got any recommendations for a cheap version of the alignment stick holder Pete's using in this video?
I did it the easy way and went with the jumbomax grips so I now have more control with consistency

Like the trousers, what brand are those?
No. Nooo. NO! 😂

Yeah thats not revving mate, other than that great video and idea. I have problem with closed clubface at impact, definitely will try that un-revving
Perhaps he was imagining revving the bike while facing it from the front😂
Bought his Motorbike off Wish
Chonda !

Great info but really who has that thing to hold the alignment stick?
Bold claim, i must watch!
Also what was the filter doing. I thought you were very sunburnt but then your face went white and normal, then red, then normal. Awesome.
How can you do this without that type of alignment stick?
NONONONNONONONONNONONNONONNO MAROOCHIIIIIIII

Great! Now we need a vid about riding a motorcycle and feeling like you are hitting down on a golf ball, or else the universe will not be right
Glad we agree
How did you know that this was my flaw this week
I use chickpeas instead of broken tee 😅
Oh no not another Hackmotion video... and from Pete 😭
Reving or closing the throttle?…
nice takomos?
What about ball count ?
Something wrong with your bike Pete
Maybe you should have started the video with "Can you afford to spend $280US on a training aid?......".
You don’t need the device to practice and implement what he’s talking about
Hack motion is too costly.
