Biggest difference is the colorgrading. I am surprisingly underwhelmed by the trailer of the pro team. With such an big coast differance you would expect way more. Like closeup / timelaps etc...
Is Alex completely done with CT now? I'm enjoying Jack and Ethan but the trio chemistry was brilliant. When he started Autoalex he said he was free lancing to CT but after a couple videos he's MIA 😂
With some good color grade of FX3 fotage, the shots cold have been very similar to the pros, after maybe a few days of practice, to master the car and the equipment, and get the fell for it.
A cayenne from like 2007 with a v8 4.2L is like 6-7K, plus a good camera set is up to 4-5k, could just upgrade their current setup with a better car and some better camera operators and would be near hollywood level, or even just a drone for 1-2k with a good operator would be enough. Absolutely solid effort. Gotta understand car cost in this equation, but even an old x5 would have done better than a seven seater no?

Why is race driving always drifting? You could do perfect shots with the Vaneo on slow motion as well. And the freedom and wideness to open all doors is not doable with the Porsche at all. A deep on street shot for instance- easy! Excelent Mercedes car for home movies. Thanks for the video!
Soooo, a V6 american minivan probably would do some nice shots. :) Not much wrong with amateur setup (being truly amateur), just need more performance from a camera dolly vehicle.
a good budget camera car would be a cheapish convertible like an old boxster; get the ronin 4D with flex head on a pole. leave the AF work for camera to decide, co-driver just need to focus on framing and all the cinematic requirements. under USD25000 and does 90% of what that cayanne could do. take my word for it :)

If you compare the quality of the shots vs. the cost of acquiring them, I think CT is the real winner here.
If the car they were filming didn't have that much power, it would probably be fine; and it also could be improved with a better van, and some mods

I don't know about 50%. Maybe with good editing, but it would be a much shorter sequence, because only a small portion is quality.
