Maybe do a 2 week trial of eating 3 meals a day of hawker food, since there's a common belief that hawker food is unhealthy and nearly every Singaporean eats at a hawker center/food court once a day?

My concern for this topic for all the different brands would be as follow 1) Where the source of chicken comes from 2)Are they all fresh or frozen reason being the skin is just fried with different seasoning and when you bite it, inside some are of white meat, juicy and tender, other might otherwise. Hopefully this chapter will help consumers to unveil the truth of where the source of chicken , how they are bred and if frozen, how long before they are being used as it is really the common and highly favoured you can find everywhere in SG. Thank you.

I don't think it's sustainable. Think of this. An average piece of fried chicken is around 300-400 kcal. If you eat only 3pc for a day that's only 900-1200 calories.
To compare. An average male adult should eat around 2000 kcal. So it's very unhealthy. Unless you're like 100+ kilos, don't care about health and just wanted to look slim then by all means continue.

I remember when some people were trying to insult Tiger Woods by telling him to eat fried chicken. I was wondering was that for his black or asian side?

TBH I've been eating fried chicken with yogurt for the longest time, so chicken with ice cream isn't that far fetched imo...

Can see Steven succeeded his diet but now back with sinful food again. His health is going like yoyo going up and down. Need to be careful about it.
