I'm sure now we must be kindred spirits...that shop is all of heaven and more. To look and linger and look some more would be a calming day well spent. Eye candy for the soul. Thanks for the tour. Was absolutely charming.
Love the tour in the antique mall. As far as your book case I saw quite a few on FB Marketplace in Ontario SO good luck finding the ONE for you. Nice you took a well deserved break from unpacking 👍🙋♀️😎🤗❤️
My problem is I keep changing my mind, I find that houses speak to you and tell you what they want, it sounds silly but the kitchen is feeling French, the mud room/office is feeling English Country and the living room is a bit of both. 😔 all I need is a bottomless bank account to accommodate my imagination 😃
I keep changing my mind too. I think because I just love dishes I mean most of them . My decor meaning furniture is Quebec pieces but they are bulky and feel like something lighter. I also need a bank account full of money for all my different tastes ALL vintage of course
Beautiful store. I should make a trip up one day soon. The time to buy is when you see it , so glad you got them I think silver leaf would be most likely the best method. Will be stunning
Thanks Lyn, you are absolutely right, I’m so glad I grabbed them, they look good in so many places. I will try the silver leaf first and see how it turns out. 😊
I just love your tablecloth. Is it a crazy patchwork quilt? I do enjoy your videos. It has been forever since I just went exploring antique malls but I may indulge this week though, like you, I have more than I can store now. Still, there were several things I saw that were a feast to the eye and heart of not to the wallet!🌷
I love your taste in antiques and collectibles. I spotted a piece of Lladro which I collect and would have had a hard time passing it up. I’d love to see your home when you get it all finished. That’s a real laugh isn’t it? Do we ever really get finished decorating. I hope you video. I’m from Georgia but my grandparents were English through and through and I think that’s how I’ve developed my taste in fine English furnishings. Just wish I had the income to satisfy that taste.
Thanks Bonnie, I always think Lladro is very whimsical and ethereal, I had a couple of figurines from Disney when my girls where little, I gave one to my granddaughter. I will definitely have a home your (so far) in a week or so, and also a patio makeover for spring……….as soon a the weather takes a turn for the better ❤️
OMG I thought Southworks had closed years ago!! I remember trying to visit there once and it wasn't there anymore. I had no idea they'd moved. I'm only half an hour away so I must go visit. Thank you for sharing with us.
I love those pheasants. Great find! Anxious to see part 2 and the house tour. What an amazing antique mall. It is now on my list to visit next time I am in the area. Cannot believe I did not know about it. Thanks for that.
Have you ever been the the antique places around the Waterloo Farmer's Market? They are the usual ones I go and I've seen some nice things in there. We are thinking of moving to St Catharines or somewhere in the Niagara Region. Do you know of good antique places around there that I can set my sights on to visit? I think I heard you mention Niagara and antiques in one of your videos.
Well let me tell you you will be spoiled for choice, Hamilton has some fantastic antique markets and the end of summer Christie Lake has the best outdoor antique market I have ever visited, its been closed for a couple of years because of covid, but this year i think its back on. ❤️
♥️♥️♥️

Helene, it really is my bliss, now all I need is a massive house to fill with all the treasures I find. ❤️
Thanks for the shopping trip Lindsey, can’t wait for part 2!😊
Thanks, I must admit I wish I could have spent more time shopping but i am going to go back very soon. 😊

The red Pagoda altar shelf is gorgeous. It will perfectly fit in my chinoiserie aesthetic that I am slowly building up 6:37
Yes that was gorgeous 👍

Canadas largest is one of a kind in Woodstock. Not this place. One of a kind is 100,000 square feet.
Hey they advertise as the largest and when you google it this one comes up first! Sorry if my info in incorrect
